I had the pleasure of meeting a great host today. He checked me in with a smile and told me to grab breakfast while I waited for the room. He also made sure when we had a problem with the room that everything was made better. I appreciate people that go above and beyond for their guests. We felt at home here. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location and caring staff. Everyone says hello and are ready to help. Putting a view from the room in review.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando-Ocoee East

Not sure where to start, so poor. When walk in, greeted by front desk arguing w another patron over whether they have her reservation; she ends up storming out. The lobby is undergoing reservations and there is debris and filth everywhere (pics attached). We were assigned room 102 which is literally right next door to where the construction was taking place. We were assured no one would be working on the construction during our stay but sure enough they were there working bright and early Sat morning right outside our room (pic attached). Also, given the construction, to access the room, we had to walk around the entire hotel outside passed the pool, noticing broken glass along the way. When we arrived our key, of course, didn’t work, and we had to walk all the way around the building again to the front desk. Finally got a better hotel Room and then found that not a single ice machine worked in the entire hotel. Seriously. We paid full price on your website two weeks ago. Very disappointing. I guess holiday inn no longer stands for a basic level of quality. Will post review and pics on on their review websites to properly warn other questioners

This type of hotel is similar. The breakfast is very American. In addition, the service of the little girl at the front desk really did not dare to compliment. Employed a pair of scissors to emphasize the three times to return to her! ?
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - International Drive

Is this hotel with such a high rating serious .. I was renovating when I went. The corridor is really dirty and the luggage is not easy to drag. The first night there was a lot of noise in the room. The wall behind the hot water in the pool was very loud. At that time, no one could come to repair it. The next day someone asked me to fix the wall sound but the noise couldn't be repaired, so I had to change rooms and waited so long! !! The front desk was helping the guests in the front. They seemed to be from a country, so they chatted in their mother tongue for a long time. We have been waiting there for a while ... The smell of the tide was changed afterwards. Someone came to clean it. But the room sound insulation is really bad! !! !! I was awakened countless times in the morning by various people knocking on the door of people walking in the corridor! !! !! (Before half past eight)
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Disneyland Resort
Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.
