Everything was awesome. All the employees were very friendly and kind. The place is very clean and organized. The breakfast was delicious. Also, the pillows are the flueffiest I have ever had at a hotel. The place and neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel before 2 days at Universal. Check in was fast and our room was very nice with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The pool looked pretty small and cozy, but we were not able to use it due to rain. The room was comfortable with decent amenities. The only negative was the shower lacked decent water pressure. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I have had in a long time. Plenty of options and quick things to grab on your way to parks. Overall I would recommend this hotel if looking for something close to universal with plenty of space in rooms to spread out.

Lake Bryan
The breakfast is very rich, there are liquid drinks such as coffee juice, the fruit is banana and sweet orange, the staple food is small meat and cheese bread, the Mickey Mouse-shaped sweet cake can be made by yourself, the milk yogurt is available, and there are several kinds of bread, etc. I didn't eat the staple food. Free parking, I booked a twin room, the bed was large, and one bed was enough for two adults to sleep. We are strolling around the outlets and then searching for hotels nearby, in fact, only five minutes walk from Outlets. very satisfied.

I had pre-paid airport parking shuttle service. The staff in the morning are amazingly helpful. Terry my shuttle driver was so nice on January 13 at 7 am. Prompt curteous etc. Sane with valet service. Awesome guy. No problem making my flight on time. Gracious gentleman. Not so lucky returning to Doubletree. I called from the plane at 1012 pm then at 11 then at 1123 a van pulled up to A44 space as I aporoached to board it. Suddenly the shuttle backed away and drove off. Not one word. and 1137 pm. Wait another ten minutes and finally arrived at the hotel at midnight. It was almost longer than my flight. I spoke to Derek. No resolution. Very rude. He acted like my firat call didnt even count . By then I was experiencing dizzy spells. I highly recomnend not using this hotel shuttle at night and paying for a taxi. It is not worth it. The morning guy Terry should get a raise. He is the best.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The beds and pillows were amazing. They have everything as far as dishes and such that you could need. This place was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I am a extremely picky person and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Orlando Downtown
Overall it was just okay. The room was spacious and clean. It seemed that they were understaffed or didn’t plan accordingly to the occasion. We went for The Rolling Stones concert as well as lots of people. Time to check in was long however the employees were friendly. Valet parking was the worse part of the staying. Once again, they were either understaffed or in training. Waiting times for getting your car was ridiculous. On top of that after you request your car via online they send you a message that the staff is hustling looking for your car and when we went downstairs we just saw a big mess lots of people waiting. My husband had to approach the valet parking ( manager i guess?) and asked for our car. So after tipping online we had to go and get our own car . The other option was to wait for a long time. They never apologized or say anything because of the situation. For $352 a night with 1 day of valet , everything should have been better.
