Great location, yet there're regular noise at night which keep us awake.

The hotel is ok in general but the worst part is the check in and check out. There’s this one short hair at the reception, she was so rude and she looked like as if we owe her money during check in. Upon check out, we asked to store our luggage at the hotel for 3 more hours as we have a flight departing at 9pm. The same girl lied to us and said their luggage room is full so they cannot accommodate that. However, we were traveling with a newborn and 2 toddlers so we have to put the luggage at the hotel first. So we asked if we can see the luggage room and the moment she opened the door, THE ROOM WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Worst receptionist ever!!! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new. There is nothing to complain about the free breakfast, which is a standard American breakfast. The room cleaning is average. I left a tip on the first day, but the trash was not collected. I stayed for three consecutive days, and the room provided free water. If you don't ask, they won't give you new water. Parking is free, which is more friendly than those hotels that charge for parking. It is convenient to go to Disneyland, and it only takes more than 10 minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, but the frequency is not high. It is recommended to drive here

The room is spacious and clean. Towels are cleaned every day and bottled water is replenished. There are no slippers and toothbrushes, but I brought my own. The swimming pool looks good. The deposit of 100 yuan and tax requires a credit card. The front desk service is very good and the breakfast is full. .

After a family of four visited Disney, they chose to stay at this hotel outside the park on the last day. The hotel is near a supporting business district, with complete internal facilities. The room is generally large, but the bed sheets are not so silky, which is a bit regrettable.

Although the front desk can change the room, However, since we were not on the same floor as my friends, we did not change. We added a room with double breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9:30. The menu was single and there were no fruits, yogurt, or eggs around 9:00.
