Telephone is not working and need to go down to reception desk for room service. Noone tidy up the room. Carpet is dirty! A bit disappointed. Only the Hotel Location is near all attractions.

Spacious and comfortable room, and convenient location to get to the numerous attractions around town. Will definitely come back again.

We have been coming to this hotel since last year and have had an excellent experience. The front desk staff, specifically, Ny has been a pleasure to deal with. She is very friendly and tries her best to accommodate the needs of the guests. We specially have been coming because of the excellent customer service that she provides.

We had to stay at this hotel due to an IT glitch. They were very friendly & accommodating. The front desk person-Ny was kind & understanding of our situation. She went out of her way to help us! We spent 2 nights at this hotel & it was a rest for us in the middle of challenging travel conditions

Horrible. Bed bug infested. The place was very dirty. Most people don’t realize because they’re just looking surface level. It was so gross we ended up leaving and booking somewhere else nearby. Not to mention the managers at front desk are nasty and rude.

We stayed at the RI at Millenia for a week in May and I have no complaints. The room was clean and spacious--we booked a suite since we wanted a kitchen so we could have some groceries. Housekeeping did a great job straightening up the room and parking was extremely convenient. This hotel is in a great location for the theme parks and the airport.

I stayed here last weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff, especially the front desk agent Ny were extremely helpful, professional, and just a pleasure to interact with. The hotel itself is also beautiful and in a great location. We’ll definitely be back!

Shakarr was absolutely amazing. He tended to every one of my requests and was absolutely hospitable. I hope everyone who comes here is welcome by Shakarr as he is a breath of fresh air. This gentleman deserves a promotion more than anyone I’ve met in a while.

I stayed longer at this location than expected due to the winter storm in Chicago in early January and my flight plans changed. The staff welcomed me with open arms. From the front desk staff to house keeping I felt very taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable and I appreciated that the housekeeping was consistent daily. Also the wait staff for breakfast were so kind and helpful. The only feedback I would have about breakfast was that I wish the variety would change more often. We stayed ten days and bacon was only served once. Sausage was served nine other days. For extended stay guests like myself this was the only drawback. Other than that, I would stay here again if visiting Orlando! Plus the location was very nice and felt safe! Loved the bike path that led to the mall! And we got to Disney in under 20 mins with a quick easy drive. The kitchen amenities were nice (wish I had a full stove in the room with an oven though) and WiFi was strong. I appreciated that since I had to work a couple of days from the hotel room due to my layover. The heated pool and chess board and furniture outside were very nice too. We did not use it, but the grill outside was a nice addition as well. All in all I would stay again!
