Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive - Convention Center, an IHG Hotel Reviews

It is my second time staying in Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive. I on purposely chose it because I enjoyed the location a lot and the room was very spacious. It was again a nice stay this time!

Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. The staff is amazing. I also loved the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast staff was awesome and the food was good. The convenience of the location was great, and was able to walk when we didn't want to drive around. Right around the corner from Joe's Crab Shack and other restaurants. Not too far from ICON Park! We will be back. Thank you to everyone who made this an enjoyable vacation and stay for us.

My room was prematurely charged. I had to change rooms twice, as my first room was dirty, had gnats and was not clean. Also, there were what looked to be two electronic monitoring devices in the room that was near the stairs and exit. I ended up getting a new room and I bought my own cleaning supplies to clan the room, bathroom, countertops and floor. I will never stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There have been some lovely updates and the bed is super comfortable. The rooms were quite spacious, too, and easily accommodated our party of 4. Overall, we loved it and will return!

The property was safe, quiet, clean, and located in walking distance to ICON Park that has lots of family entertainment and dining options. My room was renovated with modern decor and clean. The staff was attentive and the grounds of the property were very well manicured and clean. It was a wonderful stay!

Find a different place to stay than this place, very disappointed because other holiday Inn were good. The hotel is in a separate area from where you check in, we did get there way earlier and than the check in time which we are expecting not to get the room. However the person that was checking us in said your room is ready but I won’t give let you have it unless you pay 45$ for early check in. We knew there was a fee but the way he “Cristian” said it was rude. The hotel looked very outdated, once you start walking in the hallways you can see the outdated hotel from walls, carpet and the elevators are very slow and once took over 5 minutes to get one elevator. The room was specious but outdated from the walls, bathroom, even the outlets covers were cracked. The noise level was high, they weren’t insulated well, we can hear every time someone flushed the toilet, walked outside, doors closing, people talking. The bed was comfy, however the noise level was high that it had been really made it hard to sleep. Also charging 15$ resort fee? What a joke when nothing literally was offered to us

Room was very nice, view was parking lot. Walking available to many restaurants and ICON Park.

We stayed at this hotel for a week to attend the WQA at Orange County Convention Center and we loved this area! It was a 5 minute drive from the OCCC and there were so many places to eat around the hotel. It was a 20 minute drive to Epcot Disney too. There was a lot of free parking available at the hotel too. Our check in and check out was pretty smooth, the reception was nice and friendly, we got our key cards right away, even though we checked in late and checked out super early. They cleaned our rooms everyday and changed all our towels. However the mattresses were really soft, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on it. We wish that breakfast was included, but we heard from our neighbors that the breakfast was not worth the price they paid for it. There was a McDonald's across the street so we went there everyday for breakfast instead. Also we loved looking at the ferris wheel every night, we enjoyed walking around at night because there were so many colourful lights around. It was a great place to stay at for the price we got it at.

Property was clean, staff were friendly and hotel is very located across the street from Icon park which has a number of restaurant options. Rooms were spacious, basic Holiday Inn fare ..beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend this affordable option on International Drive!

The hotel is so neat, they have big rooms, comfy beds, and easy access to attractions and restaurants. The only thing that bothers me is the air conditioning during like 1am it automatically warms up to like around 72-73 deg F.

We stayed for 3 nights and you could hear everything from the room next door. On one of the nights, fire alarm went off for longer than 3 minutes, it woke up my son who was already asleep. We tried to call the front desk, they could not give us a straight answer nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly, on our first night the a/c wasn't working properly; they had maintenance come and fix it.
