Location is good. Right outside of the disney springs resort area. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Sofritos across the street is worth a visit. Beds are comfy, staff is great. Nice and clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights here to visit the Disneyland and Universal Studio. There were free shuttles service but the timing may not be very good. The room is spacious and just nice for our family of 4. The balcony is a plus for me.

Took 30 to 35 mins to check in then had to get tv fixed was charged more than I was told and had only 1 towel to use… it was horrible

Very nice hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a free bus to the exhibition hall. The surrounding entertainment facilities are complete, there are many restaurants, as well as famous scenic spots and amusement parks. The hotel service is good, but the facilities are a bit old.

I added a deposit and deducted 314.88. I don’t know what the fee was. The deposit has not been refunded yet.

The room was clean and tidy.

It's just a budget hotel. Strange that there is no water

The room was good for the price we paid. The staff was very helpful and polite. When we experienced a problem with our room they solved it immediately. Great breakfast bar. Other restaurants located in close proximity to the hotel. Convenient and photogenic location

At the bottom of the toilet there was noticeable hair around. Also the outside balcony was dirty and dusty where one can’t sit outside and enjoy the view or get fresh air. Also the conditions of that sliding balcony door it’s in terrible shape where my mom couldn’t open or close and she’s 70yrs old and it was a challenge for me to get that open. It was very inconvenient that there’s no microwave in each room but maybe it’s because a safety hazard, which I didn’t ask but going to the first floor for microwave luckily for me it wasn’t much of the wait but I am sure others probably had to. Also, the building needs two more elevators or closer stairs to the elevator because at checking out I literally had to wait 30 minutes for checkout with all of my baggage, and I barely squeezed in the elevator where people were nice enough to let us in. I must say the staff were pleasant and greet everyone and kudos to the young girl and glasses who works in the kitchen, providing our needs for breakfast. It’s a 50-50 chance. I will return to this hotel, but those things I point out needs to be addressed. One last thing, I forgot to mention earlier at the end of the staircase as you exit the building close to the pool it was filthy with a lot of trash and hallway was dirty. That’s the exit area. I need to take my dogs out and I wasn’t impressed.

This was amazing services, I did have problems qith my TV, I called and they come fast and fix it. Greate experience I will see my self coming back to it. Thank Crowne Plaza.
