Staff is so nice and always smile with quick and accurate responses. Room charge is reasonable during peak Christmas time but the indoor cafeteria should be improved as the area is so small but the quantity and quality of breakfast is really good

Hello, the staff is very good. The facilities good. They only charged me when I left and I don't know why.

Comfortable hotel rooms and slow internet speeds are common problems in most hotels in the United States. There is ample parking at the hotel. Air conditioning system is good. Is a good value for money hotel.

The environment is too bad, the service is poor, the equipment is outdated, the attitude of the waiter is too bad, I will never recommend it to friends.

Our room was right in front of the elevator with no warning before prepaid booking. People screaming off the elevator at 3am… would not let us exercise our right to a late checkout.

We will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again. We were supposed to have a suite for 6 people. The advertisement showed 2 TVs, but there was only 1 TV that did not work. The room heater didn't work. We reported both issues the first night and were simply offered 2 extra blankets for 3 beds and were told the TV and heater would be fixed the next day, which they weren't. The breakfast was subpar when compared with the hot breakfasts for the same price at the surrounding hotels. There was very little seating to eat at. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready. Other customers were offered coffee while they waited, but we weren't. Horrible service! When I asked the front desk staff to speak with the manager, I was told NO - go lodge a complaint with ******* since that is who you booked the hotel through.

The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. The room had a smell Iike wetness the bathroom as well.

Hot breakfast consists of waffle makers thats it. Never stay there again. Nor the cleanest place.

This was a great hotel for the value and the proximity to Universal Studios. Free Continental breakfast, staff very friendly, and something I didn't know ahead of time is there is a free shuttle to Universal Studios. If you've never been, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and City Walk are all at the same place. Otherwise it's about a 10 minute drive or Uber. Great stay overall and I would definitely come back.

Room had soiled/torn funiture, room itself was not clean and did not appear to have been ready for a new guest

Room and bathroom were clean and it was a quiet stay. I’m not sure about some of the reviews that were negative because it was a nice hotel to stay at and all the staff were friendly. I would stay here again for another Orlando trip

Room smelled horrible upon arrival very musty. A/c unit was loud kept us up all night. Free breakfast caters to kids 3 waffle stations but no hot protein (eggs, bacon, sausage. , etc) room was clean as well as linens but bed was very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Lobby is newer renovations, room was not. Not hotels fault but hallways smelled like **** entire visit.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby was inviting. Everything in the room was very clean and neat.

Breakfast was great daily. Room cleaning was also great! It’s just the bathroom toilet area is really small and our bathroom door would not open from the inside. Someone would have to open it from the outside. But we didn’t come to Florida for the hotel, so it served its purpose.
