i found a COCKROACH all over my roon , plus the door,skey does not work properly and i got stuck out of my roon 2 am never going back to this place

We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.

It's a very standard American traditional style motel, which kind of motel? It doesn't seem very appropriate either. The room is not big, just like the picture. What needs special emphasis is: You must drive in this location, otherwise it will be really difficult to describe.

This hotel does not provide cleaning services. During consecutive stays, guests can only go to the front desk to change towels. Then, although the bedding was clean, the floor was so dirty that I couldn't wash my socks even if I stepped on the floor and walked a few steps. A deposit of US$100 is required at the front desk for each stay. Cash is not accepted, only credit cards are accepted.

The facilities are old and not very good

The room I stayed was dirty, noisy from the warehouse and water kept dripping all the time, out of water in first night, it was a nightmare.

No shampoo, roach problem, floors clearly had not been mopped in a while, sticky & dirty. Staff was clueless, only 1 light worked in the room, & no hand towels. Would not recommend!

Not a very good place to stay they don’t even supply kitchen supplies pots pan etc don’t even give you toilet paper the unit is run down I would not stay there again or recommend this property

The property smelled like cigarettes! It smelled terrible and had zero ameneties. I wouldn’t stay here again even if for free.

The bathroom was dirty and the shower leaked. The entrance door wasn't a tight seal. Very dark light fixtures weren't working all that well. Cabinets and drawers weren't in good shape either.

Room was not at all how it was described. There was mold EVERYWHERE. We never got any housekeeping. Someone also tried to unlock our door while we were staying to inspect said mold with zero warning and they stated they didn’t know someone was staying in that room.

Bad points: The room was very run down. The bathroom door broke and didn’t lock. TV remote control with no battery; I went to reception to ask for it, and the people didn’t bother, just said no. I had to buy batteries myself. The kitchen cabinet door is falling apart, and the horrible smell of **** is coming all the time coming from other rooms. Good points. Close to the airport. Well located. Close to restaurants and fast food restaurants. Overall, the place has potential. It just needs better management to deal with all these issues.

Even the price is low; service should not be that bad.. everything is old, tv with white spots, bad ac; staff not friendly; I guess is what you get for a cheap cost
