They mixed up with our room and we got locked out multiple times. Due to the mix-up, they couldn't charge our food to our room first and didn't clean the room either. They did make it up by switching me to a different room on the last day.

What I didn't like. I had initially planned to stay 3 nights. On March 30, the hotel had a complete power failure for about 10-20 minutes. When the power was restored, my TV did not work anymore. I called the desk, and was told it was being looked at/worked on. We go out the basketball game, come back tv still not working ( no cable connection) Again we call and was told it was being looked at. We go to bed and wake Tv still not working. This is when we decided to check out and go stay at another hotel. No one never called or followed up to see if the Tv was working properly

Love staying at Marriott anywhere! … unfortunately this area is riddled with homeless and gets worse as the sun goes down. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Orlando! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to walk st plaza.

I could hear everything going on in the hallway and the loud people next door. I was startled wake several times from 12am-5am I did not get well informed of the self parking situation and even though I paid $20 to self parking, I had a $27 ticket on my car.

Overall our stay was great. Check-in was a breeze. Very clean and modern room with comfortable bed. Hotel bar staff were not friendly but that won't deter me from visiting again.

The property itself is wonderful and probably my go to hotel when I visit the city but my only issue is the lack of parking options. I either pay the city to have my car in the lot next to the hotel or I pay for overnight valet which can get hectic when nearly everyone else decides to do the same. But I’ve never had a bad experience with the hotel itself; everyone is always very polite and helpful so the parking issue is never too big a deal. Thank you for taking care of me again! 😊

Overall was great but you can hear people on the hallways and the guest on the floor because of the doors opening at the bottom of the room. Need to be more sound proof to have a good rest.

The location of this hotel is great, however the price for what you get is inadequate. There were loose tiles on bathroom floor, which we tripped on. There needs to be more lighting in the bathroom as it was very dark.

Close to the Kia Center and Church St. The only problem was ice machines no working. I would definitely stay here again.
