Based ourselves here for its somewhat in-between location from Universal studios and Disney parks. I must say it’s exceptional value for the price - room was basic, but the kickback hours with alcohol and breakfast made up for it. More importantly, the service was great, staff were friendly.

I love all the amenities at Drury Inn!! You get free parking which is not true of the Disney Springs location. The free breakfast was great and lots of selection. They give free "snacks" at 5:30 which is big enough for actually a free dinner which no hotels do. It's the best for a traveler on a budget.

Can be described as perfect

I give it a full five-point rating. The room was unexpectedly clean and tidy, and the bed sheets smelled fresh from the sun. The bathroom was also super clean. The free breakfast and dinner buffet was so thoughtful. The staff were very polite and helpful. Most importantly, it was safe. After 10 p.m., all the doors were locked and you needed a card to enter and exit. Most of the guests were families with children, which made me, a girl traveling alone on a business trip, feel very safe. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Orlando, this will be my first choice.

I traveled with my family and it was nice that it was right next to the highway. It seems suitable for a family trip. I had a good meal including breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 day Universal trip, and were very pleased with our stay! The mattress was very comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast each morning was delicious and far exceeded any other free hotel breakfast bar where we have stayed. The dining area got a little crowded for breakfast, but that's to be expected at any large hotel near theme parks. Oh! And we could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our room window! Would highly recommend!

From start to finish the experience was great. The front desk staff is super helpful and the breakfast options are excellent. The location is ideal for the theme park accessibility. Enjoyed the stay.

Amazing hotel and stay hands down- amazing staff, wonderful perks, clean and DAILY housekeeping, quiet, beds very comfy- amazing breakfast and kickback happy hour, close to parks. Will stay again!

Staff were super courteous! Breakfast and evening meal was good quality and the dining area was very clean. The staff works very hard and their visibility is very high during those times to keep things in order. Our rooms were clean. We drove by some other possible properties and by far this was one nicer ones. The shuttle service is ran by Universal Studios and you need to get up early on high peak times to reserve a spot for shuttle pickup - 6:45 - 6:50 AM should be sufficient. They open at 7 AM.

Staff is very friendly. Very family friendly. It's close to Universal, but the free shuttle ends before the park closes.

I stayed there with my family, and I will go back there for sure. Such a nice staff, such a nice and clean place, and wonderful for kids.

Property and rooms are clean. Staff were very friendly. We stayed one night during spring break so it was very busy at check in but everything was quick and easy. Breakfast was included and it was more than satisfactory. Would definitely stay again.

we were attending a show at the orange county convention center , for that, location was perfect, very easy to access and many dinning options around the area

Property is a bit "dated", as are the rooms. An OK breakfast and a pretty decent afternoon/evening free buffet, except for the glitch that prevented them from serving any beer for the 1st 30-35 minutes!! Not their fault, but the road construction ALL AROUND this hotel is terrible.
