Orlando International Drive North Hotel Reviews

Perfect location very friendly and helpful staff but were few problems in the room ( hair dryer didn't n't work,ac didn't work). All problems were solved by staff.

The room smells musty, and the open management doesn't feel safe. The waiter knocks on the door and cleans on time after eight o'clock every morning... Parking is convenient.

Facilities: There is a swimming pool and it is very clean Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: good environment Service: Nice people at the front desk Very close to Universal Studios, there is a car to pick you up Suitable for families with children Recommend reservation~^_^

Dirty! Bad bathroom!! (I prefer not to go into details) rude and disinterested receptionist. “Breakfast” miserably sad… The only positive side is the shuttle service that takes you to the Studios for free!

There are a lot of black people around, which is a bit scary. My husband goes out to buy water in the middle of the night, and there are black people around the store. There are many children here, and they come to various parks to play. It is best not to put things in the car to avoid being smashed in the middle of the night.

Convenient parking and good location

Staff was friendly, bed was comfy and Aircon was nice and clean just unfortunately few bits they missed out on details but good for price Needs more lighting in room There is a door heading into next door, you could hear everything they do which can b frustrating at night. Typically smell like **** but probably someone outside, felt unsafe on car park side

The property did not have record if our reservation and I had to pay a second time in order to have a room for the night.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely awful. I got to the hotel at 3PM and I wasn't able to check into my room until 9PM. The hotel said ******* didn't send them the virtual credit card number. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with *******. ******* told me it should be the hotel calling but the guy at the front desk absolutely refused. My phone also kept losing service in the hotel and I had to keep calling *******. ******* told me they were trying to call the hotel but no one was answering. I asked the front desk guy and he said their phones has been down for a week. At this time I was so defeated. No one came to help. I have never experienced anything like this before and I leave the country 7-10 times a year. I went to the front desk the next morning and someone was supposed to call me and no one ever did. I was there with my elderly dad and I would never, ever stay there again. Please choose a different hotel. There are so many on International drive. I am so ashamed that I paid to stay here. There was also a lot of other events that made this hotel horrendous but I think I made this post long enough.

On the web site it says that there is a shuttle service to Universal studio but they dont have it anymore It was ok because there is a bus stop near and it only take 20 min to walk to Universal if u dont want to wait.

The breakfast has basically no protein. It took multiple calls and a walk to the office to get a lightbulb replaced. The overall property is average at best.

Advertises a shuttle for Universal Studios. That is false. Property is undergoing ownership change. It is no longer Best Western. I've slept better camping in a tent. Go elsewhere.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed anything. There is plenty of parking and it is in a safe and convenient location. There is a pool which is kid friendly and we spent alot of time in it. The only suggestion for improvement is for them to have recycling in the room. There is so much recyclable items going in the trash bin.

I found lizards on bed and mouse I did not sleep one night also since I was with kids and they were scared had to move to another hotel
