Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Downtown South/Medical Center Reviews

The breakfast needs improvement. Everyday scrambled eggs and lots of unhealthy options. Needs to have better hot/live breakfast options such fried eggs or omelettes. Don’t do cleaning service for whole of the stay. I stayed for 4 nights but no daily housekeeping. Needs to have writing pads to make notes. I was told that the reason for not having it is due to COVID!

one of the nicer Hampton inn's, The Parking Situation is a nightmare.. $20 a day?

Customer service was fantastic and everything is close. Breakfast was one of the best. I highly recommend this motel

Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would ask for a printed receipt because mine was never emailed to me.

Condo fix up

We just stayed overnight stay as we were passing through, but everyone we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. Room was a nice size, very clean and the beds were comfy. Would highly recommend to anyone that’s coming to the City of Orlando!

The stay is okay I wish I had been informed about the incidental deposit before booking. The staff isn’t knowledgeable about the area so if you need help recommendations they can’t help

The hotel itself is not bad, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand needs attention. The carpets are old, full of stains, the nightstand lamp had so much dust in it, the room chair was so dirty full of stains as well. Room size is great for family of 5.

Great place to stay. The only thing that was very inconvenient was the parking, after returning from concert there wasn’t any parking especially handicap spots. We had to park behind another complex and walk to Hampton Inn.

Lovely brand new place. Great employees at this place. Raquel at the front desk was super helpful during our stay

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Bed was a little hard for our comfort but everything else was perfect. We felt safe even though the neighborhoods around us were not as safe.

I only like a separate bath and this room had the bath sink in the main living are. There wasn't a magazine or even a piece of paper in the room.There should be a waste basket by the sink. I guess I am going to have to stay at the cheaper places in the future. Otherwise the facilities were good.

We loved the location within walking distance of the hotel. Front desk service was friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Aaron

This is a great option in Orlando downtown area, it has it all. Very clean, well maintained , friendly and attentive staff.
