Внимание, на сайте ошибочно указано, что ресепшен работает в выходные. Это не так. Нужно либо заранее позвонить / написать в отель, и они вышлют код доступа и пароль от ящика с ключом, либо воспользоваться номером для аварийных ситуаций. Ключ по заезде в выходные оставляют в конверте в сейфе. Далее, ещё одна неточность, что требуют залог - ничего не нужно (при краткосрочной остановке). В остальном - классный отель, удобные номера, все работает. Есть чайник и плита, холодильник. Минимальный набор посуды + небольшой чайный набор. Единственный минус - нет кондиционера, и невозможно закрыть окно жалюзи на ночь и оставить его открытым для проветривания. Либо темнота, либо свежий воздух. В остальном все классно

受付の方は英語が話せます。
徒歩圏内にほとんどの観光スポットがあるので便利です。
お部屋は綺麗で、小さなキッチンが付いていました。食器類やケトルもあります。
エアコンはありませんが、冷蔵庫と扇風機はあるので夏でも寝苦しいことはなかったです。
タオルやボディーソープ、ウェルカムウォーターもありました。
鍵が若干開けにくいのと、オートロックではないので自分できちんと施錠する必要があります。
ドライヤーがなかったことだけが残念でした。お風呂に入った後、ドライヤーがないことに気づいて絶望しました…

The hotel was relatively clean. Because we were participating in the badminton promotion competition in Orleans, the hotel gave us a double bed room on the first night. Fortunately, through communication with Ctrip customer service staff, the hotel remade two single beds the next day. Check-out the next day was on Sunday, and there was no cleaning staff. The hotel agreed to extend check-out until 19:00, and the key was placed in the mailbox at the front desk.

A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain. I asked a lady who was entering the building if she knew the access codes. She did not but pointed me towards a number to call outside reception hours. Without her help we wouldn’t have seen this number as it was tiny and not well signed. After getting into the room we found the blinds broken, being stuck down and unable to be lifted up to let in the light.

Huge disappointment! In fact, the advertised apartment hotel advertising is misleading since in reality, they are student rooms in a student residence. The name Séjours etaffaires apparthotels is misleading. The premises are gray and sad. As for the apartment we rented, it is more like a small, basic room with a small “kitchen” area located in the entrance hallway. It doesn't make you want to cook. However, for those who are looking for simplicity and who have a small budget and who want to be located not far from the city center, this option remains interesting.
