I went there with my best friend, it was incredible. The hotel is extremely well connected! Except for a small spider on a cushion, but one person was able to come and help us. Private spa, hammam & sauna PERFECT!

Ein schönes Hotel, direkt an der Loire gelegen. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Restaurants und Geschäfte waren fußläufig erreichbar. Im benachbarten Parkhaus kann man für € 10 pro Tag parken. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon établissement. Le meilleur sur Orléans selon moi. Très bien situé, bien décoré, confortable avec un petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Je recommande la chambre Faiencerie de Gien, décoré selon un décor de la Faiencerie situé en bord de Loire à une cinquantaine de km. J'y ai passé un séjour formidable, comme à chaque fois.

Nous aurions dû regarder les avis avant de réserver dans cet hôtel qui n a rien d un 4 étoiles.A peine un petit 3 étoiles.Impossible de garer sa voiture dans un parking sécurisé et fermé, bien qu on nous l ait assuré au moment de la réservation.Chambre très exiguë et fatiguée.Rideaux déchirés .Impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre car la tringle du rideau est cassée.On nous propose un spa de 07h30 à 08h30 pour un week-end de repos.Il serait préférable de ne rien proposer du tout.Le petit déjeuner nous a fait fuir … tout est dans le noir alors qu il fait un soleil radieux.Salle d eau pas fonctionnelle.Pas d étagères , on ne peut rien poser nulle part…. Pour nous,c est une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas.Le patron aurait au moins eu la délicatesse de nous parler le matin, puisqu’il était juste à côté de nous mais non ….dommage.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Zimmer im 3.OG jedoch für ein 4* Haus eine ZUMUTUNG!!! Klein! Die Wand zum Badezimmer wirkte behelfsmäßig. Das Bett war sehr schmal.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Sehr ansprechend!
Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.
