Mooie rondreis met Tui ( Wonderlijk Cappadocie ). Drie dagen in dit hotel gezeten. Zwembad zonder water, veel schimmel in de badkamer, heel oud. Pluspunt wifi was goed 👍🏻. Eten was echt extreem slecht. Vet, koud, smaakloos, brood hard etc etc. Help 4 sterren. Het is werkelijk nog geen 1 ster waard. Tui jammer dat jullie met dit hotel zaken doet. Wat niet weg neemt dat Cappadocie prachtig is. Mocht je plannen hebben om naar Cappadocie te gaan. Dan dit hotel overslaan. Drankjes zijn extreem duur € 8,- blikje bier en € 5,- voor een koffie. All inclusief is hier nog niet bekend.

Older hotel with noisy rooms and large bathrooms but the shower was in need of repairs Lots of steps so not suitable for older people Food was very average compared to other hotels we stayed in Turkey 2 of us got food poisoning out of 3 people in the party so missed the ballooning Not recommended

This is a Nice place and beautiful view stay with your family service is very good hotel room is very clean and safe all the faciloty available for hotel An amazing Hotel from the ambience to the service ! The room was lovely, clean, fresh and beautiful with a outstanding view. The Resteraunt Manger ( i guess) a tall fark headed man was fantastic, just great service with a smile each day. Belle Boys to carry your luggage to your room ( upstairs) were fabulous. A SPEACIAL THANK YOU to the Night Manager ?/ Kitchen Manger ? who was working 20 hours a day ......:) i kept seeing him everywhere. Nothing was a problem, they were unbeliveable. Would LOVE to go back DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!! JUST AMAZING ! Saturday May 6th- Tuesday May 9th B Paris

Very dirty and left the hotel, dirty bathrooms, no towels, bad service and you have to be careful with the change, I didn't like it at all, I don't recommend it, they didn't pick up the dirty dishes on time, after the first hour of breakfast There were no more options, the food was very limited.

Staff absolutely amazing!
To the chain who own this hotel. You have passionate- hardworking staff. Nothing is a problem. The Manger that was there for Breakfast serving us , then again later and at 3.30am made us Tea (himself) before our balloon ride
There was also. Tall guy who was a n the restaurant every day making it pleasant for everyone

Huge hotel complex with several buildings with original architecture located on different levels. The environment is magnificent! There are however lots of steps/stairs and no elevator. Our room was located in the old section of the hotel. It wasn't really renovated, quite small and rather dark. Although Wi-Fi access was offered free of charge, we did not have access to the network in the allocated room (excessively slow or non-existent connection). "Refectory" style dining room...huge and very noisy. We were disappointed by the buffet offering for breakfast (repetitive, lots of cheese, olives, vegetables but little fruit and no pastries). Beautiful terrace however allowing us to have coffee while admiring the landscape.
