Posizione fantastica,cucina ottima, giardino curatissimo,interni confortevoli e tutto super pulito. La piscina è la sua punta di diamante. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e i proprietari molto accoglienti con un notevole riguardo verso i loro dipendenti. Si distingue per la sua eleganza e tranquillità. Ci tornerei all’istante. Ottima accoglienza dei proprietari molto gentili e disponibili anche con il nostro golden. La visto della camera su Ortisei da mozzafiato con bellissima ed ampia terrazza . peccato il bagno piccolo e con una luce troppo debole vista la mancanza di luce aggiuntiva sullo specchio, considerato che si trattava di mini suite e’ sicuramente da rivedere. La sala dove viene servita la colazione e la cena molto bella con luci soffuse e poltroncine comode. Peccato dover andare a prendere gli antipasti in una sala in fondo al corridoio,un po’ scomoda. Faccio i complimenti alla cucina e allo staff di sala dove ti coccolano e sanno servirti in modo impeccabile. Piatti molto buoni . La piscina forse un po’ piccola ma il panorama ti ripaga di ampiamente. Nel complesso abbiamo soggiornato e goduto di bellissime giornate che rimarranno nella nostra memoria.

Excellent hotel, excellent and familiar treatment. Stellar cuisine. Strategic position, a stone's throw from the ski lifts and the center of Ortisei. Top services and cleanliness truly worthy of note seasoned with a unique welcome and courtesy. We highly recommend it for both short and longer stays in Val Gardena.

Very pleasant stay in the snow, very nice hotel, modern furnishings and large rooms. Very comfortable bed, kitchen and super mattress! Convenient for the central location. Shuttle also available. A particularly pleasant note was the dinner. Very elegant restaurant, excellent food, menu with various proposals for both adults and children, super quality. We ate really well! The very good assorted breakfast with cakes, croissants and savory options. A surprise that is not found in all hotels was the snack, 2 cakes of your choice available at the bar every day, very good! Very nice spa, the only flaw is perhaps the water is not very hot for the cold period.

Ski week at the end of February with the family. I must immediately recognize that the location of the hotel has a very beautiful view of Ortisei. The rooms are in style, even if I had to pay extra to have a room for three people with adequate wardrobe space (the images provided to me when booking were of another room!) Very kind and professional service staff both in the restaurant and in the staff to the reorganization of the rooms. Excellent chef and pastry chef: eating was a real pleasure for the palate. What I didn't find adequate for the 4 stars was: -€4.4, the cost of a 0.75L bottle of "treated" water served at the table I consider absolutely excessive; -shuttle service interrupted from 10.30am with restoration at 3.30pm: as far as I'm concerned, the only hotel among all those visited in Ortisei (and there are quite a few) with this timetable; -does not provide lunch: if necessary go to the village! -connection with the Alpe di Siusi cable car: With boots on your feet and skis on your shoulders, you face a steep asphalt descent, cross the road, access a snow-covered stretch (if it snows!) that is NOT beaten and then arrive at the cable car. rather uncomfortable, certainly not compliant with what is indicated on the website "direct access to the slopes" or "ski in, ski out"; -always on the website the "new" Pilat slope does not "start right in front of the hotel" but rather arrives in the valley with the possible inconvenience of the reverse route described in the previous point. In summary, a good hotel but with ample room for improvement in services and communication.

We spent three days in this fantastic hotel and everything was perfect! The location is a two-minute walk from the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi, however there is their minibus that takes you, the rooms are perfectly clean and very comfortable, the breakfast and dinner are excellent, the room above all in the evening it is very romantic, the waiters are incredibly kind, I can't find a fault because there isn't one! The SPA area is a gem. Now we just have to go back in the summer!

Fantastic week, attentive and kind staff, super waiters!! We felt pampered and it was like feeling at home! Clean hotel, great food, great location, comfortable spa and gorgeous rooms. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
