Nous avon passé une très belle journée à Ortisei grâce au choix de l’hôtel Fortuna idéalement placé sur une dizaine de mètres du centre ville, chambre familiale très propre et calme avec toutes les commodités nécessaires,magnifique vue depuis la terrasse, personnel très sympathique et très accueillant, excellent rapport qualité prix, je le recommande fortement.

Convenient location with easy walk to shops/restaurants/funi, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and a beautiful view from our room. Staff are very nice and helpful. Don't forget to get the bus/train passes from front desk. It allows you to travel for free throughout South Tyrol. When we left Ortisei, six of us took bus/trains all the way to Innsbruck for no charge!

Hotel is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk to the town centre and to the lifts. I stayed in single room (31) and it was bigger than expected had a balcony and a beautiful view. Bathroom was also great size with a tub and overhead shower. Fast WiFi, comfy bed, very friendly and helpful staff (although English not spoken), breakfast was good also (I'm vegan and didn't go hungry). I would recommwnd and happily stay again myself.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Walking distance to city center and bus shuttle to ski resort or close by sky resort lift. Free pass to local swimming and spa club.

Last minute trip for a couple. This was one of the last affordable options left, and we were overall very happy with our stay. Short 5 minute walk to town, and the lifts were not much further.
Note: The bathtub in our room (I think room #33) had the roof slope directly above it making it impossible to stand up and shower. (showerhead was mounted below chest hight). I am not sure if this is common in other rooms or just the one we were at (I think we booked one of the last rooms. As mentioned it was last minute trip). We weren't fussed enough about it to mention to the staff, but guests should be aware that this exists.

We spent a week at this hotel and can only echo most of the other reviews. The location is 5 minutes walk from the town and maybe 10 minutes from both major lifts even with ski gear. The hotel is small but comfortable and we were welcomed warmly by Rita who was on hand all week to help with any questions. The breakfast was a typical European selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads and cold meats. All very good quality. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean as is the whole hotel. No hesitation at all in recommending this hotel.

Siamo stati in famiglia, presso l'Hotel Fortuna, nella prima settimana di febbraio e ci siamo trovati subito accolti cordialmente, dalla famiglia che gestisce la struttura. Abbiamo trovato gentilezza, disponibilità e cordialità da parte di tutto lo staff e soprattutto ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio e confidenza con Rita. Consigliamo caldamente la villeggiatura presso questa struttura, ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

This hotel is a great find. Perfect location with an excellent host. Very convenient to town and all the sites, easily accessible from public transportation. What more could you ask for.
