I booked executive level rooms for our family trip this time. The rooms were on 28th floor. Nice clean room with a beautiful view. The rooms included executive treatments. It was good experience.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the center of Namba. There are so many good food options just below the hotel. It was wonderfully convenient to get around. There was a great view from our room and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Although hotel staff could have been more present, as we barely saw the them, there was nothing to complain about in terms of service.

The staffs can listen and speak English well. 職員能聽和說英文。 You will love the stunning view from your room. 房間看出去的景色超美。 You can visit the Namba Parks just next to the hotel. Also, the Sennichimae shopping districts, Shinsabashi and Dotonbori for a few minutes walk. 位置非常方便，酒店旁邊有難波Parks和Labi電器，去千日前商店街、心齋橋、道頓堀都很方便。 Bed sheet and towel seem not clean enough. My skin is itchy. 床單或毛巾好像不太乾淨，我的手都紅了。

Everything is very good, clean, and new. The main problem of the family room is that the bunk bed is too short (about 1.6m long). Since I have a younger kid, the younger kid cannot sleep alone in the bunk bed, so the father and the younger kid sleep in the king bed, and it’s too short for the mother (1.65m tall) to sleep in the bunk bed. In additions, the king bed is not big enough for 3 of us to sleep together, and a bit short also for the tall father. It’s not 2m long, not a regular size of king bed. Btw, it’s a very nice hotel and the staffs there are very polite and nice, if it has connecting rooms with regular size twin beds, I will choose this hotel again.

Room is spacious and tidy. Food is excellent. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location next to Nanba station. Staff service was very good, and the gym was spacious. Next time will try their breakfast.

The hotel has an excellent location, but there's room for improvement in the staff's English proficiency. However, the room is spacious.

Everything was great especially the staff they were really kind and helpful. The only thing i didnt like is the distance from the metro also the little car thats supposed to take you there it was never available when we wanted to use it other than that the hotel is 5/5. And the view from the top floor is amazing!

Hotel is new and clean, nearby the Namba station, location is very nice. Namba park and Takashimaya just need walk a few minutes. Staff are very nice. When I book the hotel and I remarked the stay for my wife birthday, hotel has prepared the cake to us. It’s very nice.

Very impressed with the hotel service! Location was a bit far from the central/metro area but overall a superb stay!

Good location, spacious lobby and room.

The Family room with bunk beds is the best fix for family with kids. Club lounge access is valued for price paid as well.

Centara Grand Osaka is good clean hotel and nearby the MTR station!
