Nice location and easier access to nearby business district. Good for family stay as the room came with 2 queens size bed.

It was a wonderful holiday in Osaka. Apartment hotel11 Jo-inn Namba has a convenient location and complete facilities, which provides convenience for our accommodation and daily life. It located near to Namba Station / Namba Park; just 5 -8 min walking distance. Namba Station also direct connect with Kansai International Airport.

Overall it was a good experience

The room is big and clean.

Great to have a spacious room that can sleep 4 persons. Plus points include, washing machine without dryer, mini refrigerator, bath tub facilities, toothbrush and paste, toilet is separated with bathing room. Have to walk a bit from JR NAMBA station.

Despite arriving early, we were fortunate to find the staff on-site after a short wait. The room exceeded our expectations, being both clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. It was a convenient and hassle-free experience overall.

Worth staying. There are enough bathrooms for my family and all facilities are perfect. I've reccomended my relatives and friends to stay here when they think of going to Osaka.

It is 10 minutes away from Namba Station and has a washing machine, refrigerator, and cooking stove. The hygiene is good and Mujin Market is nearby. Only the lights are a bit dim. Stayed for 5 days and was very comfortable.

The location is convenient, especially to Muzu market, 7 minutes walk, very convenient to Namba all walking can, for a bed and breakfast cleanliness is very satisfactory, and the hotel is clean.

It was beyond my expectation. The room was spacious and clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and washing machine. It was very convenient. Although we could check in at 16:00, we could leave our luggage in the room after 13:00. We would send the check-in guide in advance. It was not difficult to check in by ourselves. The location was also good. It was quiet in a busy city. We could walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It was only 200 meters away from Namba Yasaka Shrine, so we could go to one more attraction directly. I would choose to stay here next time I go to Osaka.

The location is good and relatively close to Namba, but the hotel has no front desk staff, no dryer, and the floor is relatively low!

The hygiene level is ok, the air-conditioning is sufficient, and it is suitable for a family. The hotel has enough space. You can also go to the nearby supermarket to buy ingredients and bring them to the hotel to enjoy cooking. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, about a 10-minute walk from Namba Station.

Apartment Hotel 11 Namba Highly recommend everyone to stay here We stayed in a 4-person room this time 2 large beds. We are 2 adults and 2 children. Reasons for recommendation: 1. The room is large, has a bathtub, and is clean 2. There is a washing machine. We wash clothes every day, so we only brought 4 sets of clothes during the 9-day trip. 3. There is a kitchen where you can make breakfast 4. Convenient transportation, 5 minutes and 500M away from Nankai Namba Station. 5. There are food and convenience stores nearby 6. Cheap price_It’s cheaper if you book early 7. All room rate amenities are provided in the public space on the 9th floor 8. You just need to book a room - You will be informed of the door password and room number by email the day before - You will be notified by email around 13:00 on the day of check-in that you have checked in with the room code lock number! 👍
