1. Booked a 4-person room for a family of 3, with a child 130cm tall. Requested to pay the child's room rate, 2500 yen/day. 2. Stayed for 6 consecutive days, but the room was not cleaned once. 3. The room was divided by wooden boards, which made a lot of noise. The person next door opened the door with a key, and I was so scared that I thought he was opening my door. 4.
