Everything is fine but no TV😟. It’s very near from metro station 天下茶屋站 or 花園町站 as well as there’s supermarket and Lawson nearby.

The room is large with a big balcony. The check in is easy with clear instruction.

We just literally slept there. We checked in at 12mn and checked out 8am Room was very spacious and relaxing. There are convenience stores nearby. Coin parking was also cheap.

Spacious apartment in a clean and safe neighborhood. Direct train to and from kansei airport makes it a strong plus. Lack of front desk support deducted a star but overall communication with staff on site plus WeChat are satisfactory. Be ware of mosquitos around. Would be good if repellent are provided inside the room.

Great Stay!

The space is large and the suitcase can be spread out without having to put it away. The only drawback is that there is no kitchen knife or peeler. Japanese fruits are delicious, so I need them...

This shop is very good. It is not far from Tenkachaya Station. There are many locals living here. Except for the lack of Shinsaibashi shopping, it is very convenient. Everything else is very good. The room is very big and everything is well prepared! It can sleep four people.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the subway station and the train station. The space in the room is very practical and the place is very clean. There is a convenience store downstairs for shopping, and there are restaurants until two o'clock in the night.

You can cook, the price is very reasonable, and it’s very simple even if you haven’t stayed in a B&B before. You don’t have to worry, you’ll be able to use it once you use it.

Very satisfied, I like this kind of B&B with a balcony. It is close to the line, and it doesn't affect the night owl's sleep at night. The dining table is too low. I will still choose this place next time I come to Osaka

The B&B has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave, simple kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. It is very good. The bathroom space is too small. There is no place to hang clothes. It is inconvenient to put the bath towels on the washing machine. The B&B is located just a short walk from Tenxia Chaya Station. It has convenient transportation to all major attractions. You can take the Nankai Electric Railway directly to Kansai Airport👍There are Lawson, FamilyMart, duty-free drugstores, pizza shops nearby, and there is a supermarket about eight minutes' walk away👍
