Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi Reviews

The hotel is right around the corner from a subway station exit so it’s very convenient to travel around the city. The room size is small but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. The staff were friendly and speak English. A 7-11 is right across the street if you need anything and there are some shops and restaurants very close. If the location is what you need I would recommend it and stay here again next time.

Average hotel. Room sizes were small, including restrooms. Close to main shopping area. Budget friendly.

I spent 6 nights in Best Western Osaka. I was traveling with my daughter who is 12 years old. This is our first time in Osaka and we wanted a hotel near Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street and Dotonbori. Best Wester is around 4 short blocks from Shinsaibashi-Suji street and around 9 blocks from Dotonbori. It's a pretty good walk and because Shinsaibashi-Suji street is under a cover, you have shade for the summer sun and cover for the rain. Another reason I picked Best Western is that it has a laundry room but there's only two washers and two dryers. The staff there speaks English and they make an effort to clean your room everyday. I was working while travelling and both myself and my daughter woke up very late. They would call our room to ask when we would like our room to be cleaned but be aware, their last cleaning is 2PM. Oh yeah, they are steps away from the metro.

It is only a few minutes walk to Shinsaibashi and it is easy to go shopping. The breakfast is tasty. I highly recommend it!

Room is so hot. Air condition cant make room cooler. Staff change the room for me but still same. Staff said Air conditioner is same all room.

For a cheap place to stay at then yes for sure this is a good place. However, the air conditioner is continuously blowing hot air and cannot be amended. Its central control and it was a unpleasant night. The room also isnt as clean as expected. Some trash from the traveller before was left near the bed

This was our 2nd time stay at Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi. Great location and nice room. Proximate walk distance to Dontori and Shisaibashi. Crystal underground street connecting to these places and cover during rains. We definitely will choose then as our first choice when visit again Osaka.

Nice hotel, but the room is very small for 3 paxs. Location is good, family mart n mos burger is just downstairs.

Room was nice and cozy. It was more than enough for me and my family or for the three of us. We got everything we need. It was 3mins walk from the train station, in front of 7-11 w/ atm machine. Hot and cold shower is available and a comfy bed to rest after a tiring day. Glico and Don quijote is accessible approx 15minutes walk but you can also use a subway as an alternative. Concierge can speak English so you can ask for directions or whatever you need. We would definitely come back to this place!
