Hotel did the job, no frills, good service and friendly staff as expected from an Accor brand hotel. Location was good - about 10 Mins walk to Umeda/Osaka station and a metro outside. Room small but to be expected. Good value hotel.

Stay there during the 1 st January heart-quake , hotel manager was very professional and helpful in manage and guide us during the situation.

The place is very well maintained and clean. Above average for a budget hotel. The distance to osaka station is well within walking distance, even with luggages. Surrounded by many eateries. You will be spoilt for eating choices

Enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated early luggage storage. Convenient to Osaka's hotspots, with a station and Family Mart within 5 minutes. I'd definitely return on my next visit

Walking distance to train station. Convenient store just right beside hotel.

A nice hotel within walking distance of about 10 minutes to JR station and within 1 minute to metro station. Have few family marts and a super market within walking distance. Plenty of foods and pubs to choose as well.

Take 10mins walk to Umeda station, the room is small and quite smelly.

The location is outstanding. It's near so many places like Osaka station and the subway is a few minutes away. I definitely see myself staying there again on my next trip to Osaka.

The location is OK. It's OK to walk to Osaka Station. There is a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station in the morning. The number of people is limited. It is recommended to queue up in advance. You can go to the front desk to get the ticket 15 minutes before the departure time. There are free toiletries, tea bags, and instant coffee at the front desk. The room is not very big. One is 28 and the other is 26. It can't be spread out together. The quality of the bedding is not very good. It's felt and it's a bit itchy when sleeping. The bathroom is not big, so it can only be opened from the outside. The direction of the door is not reasonable. You need to come out and close the door before walking into the room. I forgot to take pictures in the room…

They gave me some recommendations for nearby shops. Thank you for your courteous service. The room was clean and even though I usually have trouble falling asleep, I was able to sleep soundly.

Hotel advantages: Every staff member has a good service attitude, the lobby is clean, and there is a supermarket and a station on the first floor. shortcoming: 1. The room is not clean enough, which makes people feel that there are hygiene concerns (the drawer has the hair tie used by the previous guest + the guest's hair, and there is a thick layer of dust above the TV blown by the air-conditioner) 2. As soon as you enter the toilet and take a shower and turn on the shower head, the shower curtain emits a damp, musty smell that doesn’t go away for a long time. 3. The pillow only comes with one pillow for each person, and even the thickness of the backrest is not enough. 4. After staying for three days and two nights, the water dispenser was broken and was not repaired. I had to spend money to buy water by myself (the water from the faucet has a smell). 5. The hair dryer is super unreliable. It’s the worst hair dryer I’ve had on this trip.
