Great location and great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it. It's a 12 min walk from the station and lots of fifteenth restaurants around the area.

I think it's a pretty good hotel, clean, and the staff are nice, but I couldn't enjoy the rooftop because it was closed, and it's quite far to get to recreational places.

5 min walk to Daikokucho Station, a station next to Namba. Clean room, very polite and helpful staff, overall experience is good

Don’t be fooled by pictures of the hotel which look neat and decent. Housekeeping was poor - they didn’t vacuum clean and tidy up the rooms due to an eco-friendly policy. Otherwise, staff at front desk were friendly and helpful and location was pretty good. I’ll never stay at this hotel again as you have plenty of choices in Namba.

All the staff here are very friendly, the room is clean because they make up our room and change the towel every day. The nearest station is Imamiyaebesu Station, just about 3-5min walks. The second nearest station is the Daikochu station, about 5-7min walks. Overall, it statisfied with this hotel and highly recommended.

Good location for taking public transport, good for families. Cosy space for sitting area and playing for young child

The toilet smells bad. The bathroom size also very small. Very windy when it is on the normal setting mode, which makes it difficult to get into sleep. Staffs are very friendly though.

After staying at Holiday Inn Namba, we extended our stay and moved to Nest & Rise due to its attractive pricing and location. It is ~10min walk from hotel to Dotonbori. Acceptable. At this price, we are satisfied with the overall experience. Its cleanliness is better than our previous one. It is located right next to 木津巿場 and only 5 min walk to Namba City. Taking trains at Namba station is also convenient.

The hygiene in the room does not meet my expectations for this price; the location is close to the subway; the hotel is next to the rail, can heard the noice when the trains passed

Nice location near the train subway, htoel is near Imamiyaebisu station just few mins away, 15 - 20mins from hotel to Shinsaibashi, simple room with nice service.

it's right at the bottom of the Namba complex so it's a little walk from the station but not too much. I checked in very late but it wasn't a problem and everything else was fine, the place was clean everything worked I was happy with it
