I love it here easy to check in and u can pick up the key by urself🤩🤩🤩 the room was pretty spacious and divided into sections. Super cleannnn recommend

The room is so dirty. The floor carpets look like there’ s no vacuuming. Dust particles spread throughout the room. Allergic rash has appeared on our children’s bodies after the first night. (We had stayed there 3 nights.) Its location is good. However, there will not be our second time here.

The room was spacious and even had a washing machine inside which made it easy for us to wash our clothes. This is a self check-in hotel so there was no staff in there to assist us

The room is large and clean, the carpet is also very clean, there is a refrigerator, washing machine and microwave, everything you need. It is very close to the shopping street. I am very satisfied with the experience. I will stay there again next time I go to Osaka!

The location is excellent, you can reach the tourist area within 5 minutes. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine and kitchen, but the space is also reduced due to these configurations. The check-out time is early, at 10 o'clock.

An apartment-style hotel with a convenient location. Unlike ordinary hotels, the room will not be cleaned during the stay. However, the room has a large trash can, a washing machine, a microwave, and a simple kitchen with cutlery, dishes and sink. There is also a Family nearby downstairs. Mart, Lawson, and 7-11 are three convenience stores. It is very close to Dotonbori. It is very convenient to take a bus from Namba Station to Kyoto Nara. To go to Kansai Airport, you can also walk to the Nankai Electric Railway through the underground shopping mall.

There is a well-equipped kitchenette for simple cooking. It is very close to the left upper and lower exits of Namba Station.

I gave up on hotels because Japanese hotels were too small. I looked into apartments and made a reservation. I made a reservation knowing about self-check-in, and after reading a review that said you had to go to the room assigned to you on the day of check-in to get the key, I was able to check in without getting lost. First of all, the room was large and clean overall, and there was a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and coffee pot, so it was possible to cook food. I am satisfied because the pots, dishes, and cups are all new! The mattress was moderately hard and suited me well. The location is a 5-6 minute walk to Dotonbori and 15 minutes to Namba Station. However, there are bars along the walk from Dotonbori to the hotel. They say the Amemura area is a bar alley where foreigners living in the area go. There are bars with women soliciting customers, and there are some drunk people on the streets, so you have to be a little careful about moving around at night. Even at night, I get drunk and scream, sing, and even make noise on motorcycles... There was no noise inside the hotel, but the windows were not double-glazed, so soundproofing from outside noise was poor, so I woke up a lot. I was satisfied with the hotel facilities~

Best value for money... It's walking distance near Namba and close to Konquijote. There are 3 convenience stores within 10 meters, so the circulation is very good. If you're going to stay out from early morning to night anyway and just sleep, Highly recommended..^^

There were four of us. The room was small and the location was good. When I made the reservation, I knew it was a B&B and couldn't be canceled, but I didn't know it was a self-service check-in. I landed in Osaka at around 10pm on February 3rd. I had been negotiating with a Japanese green bean merchant online and bought 33 kilograms of green coffee beans. I contacted Hong Kong Express to help me transport it back to Hong Kong. This express must deliver the reserved order. Print out the invoice and put it in the goods. I did this printing before departure from Hong Kong. For this reason, I booked this B&B for 13 nights. I agreed with the green coffee beans to be delivered to the hotel on February 3rd or 5th, but a batch of coffee beans arrived at the hotel on the 2nd (I didn’t know). The green beans supplier emailed me to inform me that there would be another batch on the 3rd, because I had a batch on the 3rd. I arrived in the evening, so I contacted the hotel (with WeChat) to ask for the collection. The hotel said that a batch had already arrived, and I was in trouble... Only then did I know that the beans had arrived. The hotel initially promised to help me collect the second batch of beans, but less than an hour later, it changed its mind and asked me to collect it myself. They were self-service and could not help. After coordination with Ctrip, their attitude was very tough and they asked me to fulfill the contract without refund. Later, I was upgraded to a Ctrip complaint specialist. The hotel said they would try their best to collect it for me, but they did not collect it on the 3rd. They also said they would not deliver the package on Saturday and would deliver it on Monday. The Japanese green bean merchant emailed me and told me to re-delivery on Monday because no one answered the phone on Saturday the 3rd! ! The hotel waiter on WeChat doesn't answer the phone. I stayed for 13 nights. I cleaned the room myself and only changed the sheets for free once. It was given to me because I stayed for so many nights. It’s the time I agreed to pick up the courier. Because I have to leave a Japanese phone number at the hotel where I left it, I discussed with the hotel to borrow a phone to use because I couldn’t make calls using my own phone. I wanted to call the courier customer service to inform the recipient. Wait downstairs in the hotel so that you don’t have to bother the hotel waiting for a courier call. The waiter at the hotel said that the phone can only be answered, not made, and will not be borrowed! Because the waiter once refused to listen to a courier call and lost my trust in the hotel, I waited for more than an hour downstairs in the hotel to complete the courier delivery. This stay was an eye-opener for me. There is no service and I have to wait to collect money. It is difficult for Chinese people to treat Chinese people. Well done!

There is no front desk, no one cleans during the stay, the streets are messy and not suitable for living.

Transportation is convenient. There is also a convenience store downstairs and close to a supermarket. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are within walking distance It's close to a highway. There is motorcycle noise at night. People who are light sleepers should not consider it. Overall it's not bad.
