highly recommended.. the location is very good very close to shin imamiya station.. there is a jr loop line and nankai which is direct from kansai.. close to dobutsuen mae for the osaka metro.. the hotel is responsive via email.. the checkin and checkout process is very easy. . can cook and complete cooking utensils.. can wash clothes so you don't need to bring a lot of clothes.. there is a dryer in the bathroom which is very helpful in drying clothes..

Spacious, location near to 3 train station, clean, fully equipped and home feel staying. We really enjoy staying here. Will surely book this brand hotel and recommend to my friends and family.

Great hotel, close to the tower and close to transport. Notice a new sushi place opening soon next door. Across the street there is a nice vacation club.

Location is excellent, very close to JR and Nankai Station. Also, there is Donki store nearby where you can still shop very late at night. Room size is good for 3 members. Overall it's a good stay, will consider book again if we come to Osaka again.

Very clean and neat hotel room. Feel very comfortable. Location is good, not far from metro station and has airport train to arrive, no need to change is a must. Will stay there again next time visiting Osaka!

The space is a good size and very clean. The transportation is very convenient, and the JR subway is within 5 minutes' walk.

The hotel is fully equipped with induction cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, dishes, pans, etc. It is very self-service and conveniently located. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway, JR, tram station, and Donki, and about 15 minutes from Tsutenkaku.

Rented for three days and two nights, after checking in for the first night, I thought there would be cleaning service when I went out on the second day. Came back to find all the used towels still in the room and no one cleaned the trash. On the third night, there were new towels hanging at the door of the hotel. The towels were wrapped in a bag, and there was a reminder paper inside to indicate where the used towels were placed. There is no room service every day, the price is not worth staying! In addition, I found that the toilet was clogged on the second night, and water was gushing out of the toilet. There was no way to ask for help!

The location is close to JR and Nankai Tram Station, 10/F 1002. The decoration is considerate and clean. Will book again next time~ PS: Early check-in is available, you can already check in at 12:30
