It was my first trip to Japan with my family. I had a lot of concerns about where to stay, but this was a place that my kids were satisfied with. However, there were a few issues. Dotonbori and Namba were a bit far away, so it was difficult to walk there. My kids were 8 and 6 years old, and it took about 20 minutes to walk there together. The distance to the station was also a bit far. There was also a noise issue. I don't know if ambulances and police cars are common in Japan, but the sirens were too frequent, loud, and close, and the windows weren't double-glazed, so I could hear people outside very well. There was a convenience store right in front, so I was able to buy what I needed, and there were plenty of towels. It was nice that there were laundry facilities, and the dishes were clean, so it was nice. The bed wasn't a good bed, but I slept comfortably.

Everything is great, there are some things that could be improved.
1. The mattresses on the bed are terribly digging into your ribs, you have to put a blanket under yourself.
2. Let the maid look under the beds and do it more often.
3. Strengthen the double-glazed windows from noise, you can hear everything especially at night, and when the garbage truck arrives at three in the morning, it feels like shooting has started.
4. If you give out a toothbrush, it would be great to have toothpaste in the set.
5. Have a guest set of tea and coffee, for those arriving late, especially foreigners, it is very important.
Everything else is great, you can deserve 5 stars, but you need to try.

The family room suite has a great location, about 5 minutes from the MRT, 1 minute from the convenience store, and 5 minutes from the 24-hour supermarket.
The disadvantage is that it takes about 10 minutes to go to Dotonbori.
