HOTEL UNIZO Osaka Umeda Reviews

I emailed the hotel to let them know that I might arrive extremely late because my flight was delayed. When I got there, which was almost two in the morning, the staff was still there to welcome me. I was really impressed. The hotel is easily walkable from Osaka Station, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. In the lobby, you can get amenity kits like toothbrushes, lotions, and mouthwash. The accommodation was clean to a high quality, the bed was nice and comfy to sleep on, and there was no noise disturbing the other rooms during my stay.

Clean & tidy, location is not very closed to subway but still very convenience.

5 minutes from shin hankyu hotel bus station. Very convenient location and easy to navigate. Will stay again. Only gripe is sometimes the washroom is a bit dusty.

Room is clean and location is easy to find which is just five minutes walk from the Osaka Station.

The stay was good. I love the room and amenities! The location was quite far from the metro but it’s walkable because there are shops along the way. The area is good, not noisy or crowded which I love.

It was a compact and clean hotel. Plenty of amenities but really small. We had no space to open both our luggage.

Standard business hotel in Osaka, similar to Sotetsu, ***, etc. Room has everything you need and amenities are all self-service. Hotel is strict with check-in time, as Japanese business hotels often are and thus won’t let you check in early even if there are rooms available. Location is walking distance from Umeda.

It’s close to hankyu rail but need to walk for 10-12 mins to JR stations with luggage. No smoking area in the hotel or nearby. Room is a bit small but clean.

A very nice stay, this hotel is clean, and the environment is good.

Great location. Understand small room size but the set up could be more user friendly eg. Taking out the huge stand and round table inside the room. Pressed make up room button at 1pm but no change on any towel when going back to hotel on 2nd night. Late check out fee of 1500 yen without any notice till check out.

Great location and clean room. The staff was receptive to my requests.
