Online check in process is easy and the response from the apartment was very fast. I was able to get the room earlier than expected on the check in day. Thanks for the arrangement.

In general, the stay is quite pleasant. The room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, make sure you get the key box password to obtain the room key, which they did not enclose in their email. We were stranded at mid night as we were arriving late, and without password to retrieve the room key. Luckily someone still responded from the main door notice, with the help of translation apps, we finally managed to check in at 1am. This happened to a couple next day staying next to us......

The location is super convenient. Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market are nearby. The customer service is also super good. The rooms here are very small. This hotel is suitable for bringing children. The room is big and the bed is big ~ there is space to put boxes, which is average for hotels. It’s hard to achieve. I’ll choose this one next time I come!

The water comes out well, it's clean, and the location is great. Kuromon Market is a 2-minute walk away, and Dotonbori Glico Sign is within 15 minutes. It was great.
