The room is nice and clean but , the location is bit far in the train and it's hard to find , And while you are a sleep there's lot of foot steps on the 2nd floor , maybe the other guest.

We stayed for 3 days and were satisfied. It was clean. I think it was good value for money. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the towels were disposable, but overall I was satisfied. Thanks to that, I had a great trip.

We are staying in a quadruple room It’s a bit crowded if there are four people😬😬 Then I gave the wrong password at the beginning I can't get the key after entering it many times. I had to call the hotel customer service one night It seems that someone has entered the room Nothing is missing or passive But the power was cut off The air conditioner is also different from what was set before going out😬😬 The ice cream melted and stuck The sound insulation equipment is not very good It will be obvious if you walk like an elephant upstairs. As long as the next door is chatting and laughing, I can hear it clearly. There is an izakaya downstairs and there will be a KTV resident singer. Occasionally someone gets drunk and yells Very suitable for people who are prone to deep sleep Not suitable for light sleepers~~

B&B: 100% clean, basically like brand new, disposable quilt cover, pillowcase, bath towel, slippers, very reassuring😌 Facilities: washing machine, cooking utensils, refrigerator, hair dryer, USB sockets are complete👍🏻 Location: It’s about a 15-minute walk from Tennoji Station. If you can walk, you can go through the Omall shopping mall. The entire journey is covered and you won’t be too exposed to the sun at all👍🏻 The disadvantage is: I live on the second floor, there is no elevator, the stairs and walkways are relatively narrow, and it is difficult to lift luggage up and down 😂 Everything else is very good, I will stay again👍🏻

The room was clean, but I heard a lot of noises outside at night that sounded like they were fighting, which made it uncomfortable. But the kitchen facilities were very good. I thought it was great that there was an induction cooker, a microwave, a pot, plates, and even chopsticks.

We stayed from 07/06-08/2024. Large, nice room. Too bad there is no elevator and you have to lift your suitcases yourself. A huge minus is that there is a karaoke bar nearby and it is very noisy. And the big minus is synthetic disposable bed linen and synthetic towels.

Very average. I won’t recommend it to friends in the future.
