As four guys might get noisy, we were intentionally looking for a quiet hotel, and just happened to find one in Namba that fit our needs, so we made a reservation. Also, even if we went out and played in the busy Dotonbori area until late at night, it was only about a 10-minute walk away, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about public transportation. And the staff were very kind, and check-in and any requests we had were handled smoothly, which was really nice. Above all, the room was very spacious and comfortable. We would like to use it again

Our family travels frequently to Japan, but this room is the biggest we’ve ever seen. The room is spacious with two toilets and two showers. The hotel is located very close to the train station and within walking distance to the main street. The hotel staff always greeted us with smiles on their faces, they communicated with us in English and tried their best to help us. We needed to call the restaurant to make a reservation and they also helped us make a phone reservation in Japanese. Next time I visit Osaka, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We went there as a group of four and it was absolutely amazing. They let us leave our luggage before we checked in, which was really helpful. I later found out the front desk staff were foreigners, but they didn't even notice. They were always smiling and the service was great. The location is great. It's between Namba Station and Daikokucho Station, so you can walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Also, the rooms are really spacious, which is rare in Japan. I thought it was expensive at first, but it was surprisingly cheap when we divided it between the four of us. We had a comfortable stay. Also, Dotonbori is really noisy at night, so I couldn't sleep at all at the place I stayed last time, but this place was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly. I recommend this place!!
