Staff are friendly. Convenient location easily accessible. Walking distance from metro. Close to shopping area. Book a triple room, extra bed takes up almost all the space in the room.

The hygiene is good. The location is very good, close to the shopping street, supermarket, and station. It is quiet in a busy city. I don't know why the disposable quilt cover and flyers that have been put on the quilt were taken off on the last day.

The room was clean. The air conditioning didn't work very well and it was a little hot for this time of year, but considering the price it was worth it. I'd like to use it again.

Stayed 2 nights. It was great to have so many different shampoos to choose from. There was a supermarket life nearby, so I didn't have any trouble eating.

The room is a bit small, but when I travel to Japan, I leave early and come back late. It’s enough for a good night’s sleep. The advantage is that it’s close to the station and the price is cheap.

We've stayed at this hotel before. It's only a short taxi ride from Osaka main station. The metro is only 5-6 min walk straight up the road and 30 metres past the metro station is a hidden gem - an undercover shopping street which must be at least a mile long (1.5 kilometres). The breakfast is Japanese style but will try and help with toast. The rooms are compact as all Japanese budget rooms are.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are kept very clean. The microwave and washing machine/dryer were very convenient.

Very clean place! The room was bigger than what we have expected! The hotel also has other rental machines you can borrow!

The room we stayed in had a nice city view. Although there wasn't a lot of space, the amenities were great enough and we were pretty satisfied. It's a shame that we stayed only one night. We will definitely stay here again next Osaka trip.

I stayed with a friend in two single rooms. It's close to the station and the roads are easy to find. I liked that they had several types of pillows available. The rooms are small, but they were well-cleaned and didn't bother me if I was just going to sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the price was reasonable, so I was very satisfied!
