Richmond Hotel Namba Daikokucho Reviews

It is the first time I stay at a Richmond hotel and I am impressed by the comfort and service. Nothing complicated, the registration was efficient and swift. Room of good size for Japan. Location is near subway station and major train station for the KIX airport and Kyoto etc. Amenities not in room but plenty for guests to collect responsibly in the lobby. The property may only be a 3-star one but the services and its maintenance upgrade it tobacco 4-star hotel.

Nice hotel in a neighbourhood. Near to subway station. Clean hotel room.

A big room for a solo traveler!

Room was slightly smaller than expected but overall still clean. Amenities can be collected at the dedicated shelf infront of the front desk as it is not provided in the room. Staff can converse in English quite OK and was ready to provide answers to our queries.

Good location

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is very diverse and hygienic. It's close to the subway station!

The transportation is convenient, the hotel breakfast is really good, tea and coffee are always available, there is an old conveyor belt sushi shop at the door, it is so delicious, and the subway station is 5 minutes away. It is very good, I bought a 1-day subway pass, which is very convenient.

First of all, the bed mattress was Simmons. It was an old hotel, so the bathroom smell was annoying, but I had a good rest that made up for that. Above all, the best value for money!!! The airport express train is also available within a 12-minute walk.

The hotel is located near Daikokucho Station and is a 3-minute walk from the Kikizu Market. Namba Yasaka Shrine and Tsutenkaku are only a few to ten minutes' walk away. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and shopping is also very convenient. Although the room is relatively small, the staff and hygiene are very good.

Because it was my first time traveling abroad, I was very worried and worried that something might happen. All of the staff were friendly. Even though I didn't understand the language, they somehow resolved the issue and there was one staff member who could speak Korean, so it was very friendly. Next time I go to Osaka, I want to stop by again because the location is so convenient.

It's a 3-minute drive from Daikoku Station and only a 10-minute drive to Namba. The room is quite big and the staff has good service.

It would have been nice if there were signs indicating whether vending machines, ice, and microwaves were available on each floor. It was disappointing that I couldn't heat up the food I bought.
