The younger staff is nice and helpful, the other is not. Washing room and toilet are really clean, they offer body wash, shampoo and conditioner. But the hostel is under the railway and it’s totally noisy when the train run over (about 1 time per minute), the wall is even vibrant strongly. The train is operated from around 6am to 12pm, so if you are considering about relaxing, think again. But the big plus is the location as well, it’s near Namba, you can walk there easily.

The location is close to Nanki train which is convenient to connect the Kansai Airport.

The front desk staff are very nice, and there is no problem communicating in English. I left something at the last hotel and sent it here. They helped me call to inquire about the payment and signed for it. You still have to endure the sound of the train passing by upstairs, but there are no trains passing from 12 o'clock to about 7 o'clock in the morning. There is a self-service kitchen and game facilities in the lobby. Just be careful not to put the bedding in the recycling area if you stay for several days. They only provide one set of bedding from the first day of check-in to the last day of check-out! The toilet and bathroom are very clean~ There are also many foreigners living here, and you can make friends~

Because it was under an elevated railway, the noise and shaking was a concern every time a train passed by, but it was quiet at night when the trains were not passing by. I stayed in a women-only room, but I was surprised when a man came in without knocking when cleaning. I was glad that it wasn't while I was changing clothes.

The staff was friendly and gave me information about Osaka. The shared space is spacious, so once you get used to the noise, you can concentrate on your work. I often see foreigners here, who I think are doing business here. It's good that you don't have to worry about that!

It's directly under the elevated railway, so it might be a bit difficult for people who are bothered by train noise. Other than that, I don't think there are any particular issues.

I had read some reviews that said the noise from the trains was bothersome, but it was louder than I expected. I didn't use earplugs, so if I had, it might not have bothered me so much. However, the facilities are very clean and the price is low, so I would definitely use it again.

Be careful about the noise, it's not a joke, it's located under the Gaya Dam subway.

I reserved a women-only room, but it was a shared room for men and women. I'm sorry.
