It was my first time there, so I was worried and asked a lot of questions, but they kindly explained everything to me, so I was able to check in safely and have a good time. It's close to the station and nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. This is a place I want to visit again next time.

The environment is good, very close to Umeda Station and Hankyu Sanbangai, and shopping is convenient. There is also a duty-free shop Don Quijote about 15 minutes' walk away, with a full range of goods. The room is very clean and tidy overall, but I saw a cockroach when I first entered the bathroom. I was very careful for several days afterwards but I didn't see it again. It may have crawled in from someone else's house. It is close to the station, so you can hear the sound of high-speed trains passing by at night. People with light sleep may not be able to accept it. People who sleep more deeply will not be affected. There is an elevator, which is convenient for moving luggage.
