Worst rental experience I've ever had anywhere. A nice welcome to the strictness of the Japanese, not responding nor even talking to me because I showed up 30min past their 10pm check in time. The fact that I spent all of my day in damp clothes dealing with limited taxis, blocked routes, delayed flights (5hr delay for my flight) didn't seem to matter. It just so happens that I was making my way out of hongkong, where they were experiencing the worst rain in over 140 years, and just couldn't wait to shower and sleep. When I finally made it to this place's front door, quiet and remote from any other activity, I was not only denied access but denied even a word. Instead of asking my situation, they called the police to get me to leave their premise!! This was after I waited on the bench they had out front, waiting for someone to leave - no one left. They all hid inside until the police officers showed up after 2hrs and forced me to find another hotel room to rent and figure out my way there. Great first Japanese experience.

They don't give refunds at junk hotels.

I stayed here for a concert. The room, shared toilet, and shower room were all clean. I was a little bothered by the noise from other guests. The owner was friendly and very nice. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It was okay. I have to keep up with Universal and Haeyugwan schedules. I caught it in a hurry, but it went well. I tried to postpone the schedule because my ligament was torn, but I already had reservations, so I made it safely with my limping feet. Just keep in mind that it is a shared bathroom and it is soundproof. Although it was very fragile, the overall facility was clean. Please take into consideration that it is a guest house and hope you have a pleasant trip. Thank you, boss. May you prosper!

Very poor value for money. You can check in at 3pm and check out at 10am. The room is not soundproofed. The room is very small and there is no table. Toilets and baths are shared on the first floor. No cleaning. You can't even store your luggage.

Thanks to the kind boss, I feel like Japan and enjoy it I like the Japanese restaurants near the accommodation. It's close to Haeyu-gwan, and the sunset view from the Ferris wheel on the Santa Moria seems to be memorable.

I made a reservation, but when I checked in, I was told that only two people were booked, so I had to pay an additional 3,000 yen. I don't know if Trip.com is a mistake or the hotel doesn't accept it. I think it's better to go as a couple or with friends than in a family hotel.

It's right next to Kaiyukan and a few minutes walk from the tram station. The location and price are as good as the gods when traveling alone. The room and bathroom are very clean and the boss is nice

The location, the owner's response, and the cleanliness were perfect. Based on that, I know that it is not something I should ask for, considering the price is too cheap, but I would have been even happier if there were amenities such as razors and water bottles.

I used it because it was close to my workplace the next day. Since it's a guest house, it might be natural not to have one, but it would have been nice to have a disposable razor 🪒. I wonder if the shower room isn't used much? I was worried about the dust on my feet. Other than that, it was nice to have a clean inn such as the room, toilet, and washbasin.

I stayed here for one night and I would definitely recommend this place. I had some issue with my traveling and resulted in missing a night, but the host was very nice about it after explaining the situation. The host was extremely helpful when I arrived and showed me around. There is a luggage elevator which was really nice! The whole place is 3 floors with no elevators, but the stairs are not very steep. My room was really nice and clean. The bathrooms are in the hallway along with sinks. I stayed here specifically to go to the universal studios in Osaka and it was about a 15 minute taxi so it was very convenient. Would stay here again!
