Nice hot spring and delicious ramen! A little far from the Osaka centre but is acceptable. Close to underground stations and surrounded with restaurants! 4/5!

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is absolutely awesome. The price is reasonable for an onsen hotel. It is clean. The location is good, near to Osaka Castle and had wonderful restaurants around the area. The nearest subway station is less than 10 mins away. And Namba and Umeda are both about 3-4 subway stops away. The staff are nice and friendly.

Nice hotel with free ramen at night and overnight onsen on top floor.

Location is really nice, very comfy to get to the city center, castle, there’s a bunch of shops around. Onsen is big and lovely! They offer free ice cream, probiotics, water, coffee, just ask - a lot of free things are to be discovered :)

The front desk team especially Mr Hamamoto is very helpful with service excellence. Keep up the good work, Dormy Inn.

Place was nice location except not much restaurants around.  The sauna is nice but overly crowded with many people and the users seem to not care about cleaning after and leaving trash around.  Not too far away from the hotel to the Osaka palace.

If the apartment were a bit bigger, it would be fine. Everything else good and comfortable. Free evening ramen, ice cream after onsen, excellent onsen - I like it. I prefer Dormy Inn to other chain hotels (like APA).

Awesome stay, Kim at the front desk was great doing the procedures . Onsen is really good on the 13th floor. This property offers half portion of noodles for the guests from 21:30 till 23:00, free ice cream from 15:00 until late in the evening after onsen and free probiotics from 05:00 until 10:00. The room is comfortable and amenities are satisfactory. Location is just 10 to 15 minutes to Osaka castle and the only negative thing was the manners of some foreigners at the onsen, some bathing with towels and others with tattooes.

We enjoy in this facilities of hotel, especially hot spring and free ice cream. it's good choice during Japan travel.

Takes about 6 minutes to walk to the hotel. Need to climb up the steps from the subway. The walk to the hotel is quite quiet, without many shops along the way. The onsen is clean and good with amenities provided. Free ice cream, yakult and ramen given out at different times of the day. For those who want onsen, this is a good choice despite the distance from the subway.

Request room change that can be entertained immediately. Nice walk to Osaka Castle in 15 mins and 20 mins to Q mall.

Front desk was not helpful to help my friend to make a reservation for a local activity. Location js not convenient either. Onsen is good though.
