Stayed for 4 nights, towels and bath towels were not hung on the door, I couldn't understand why there were no towels even though I sent a note to the front desk. What's even more uncomfortable is that there is a cemetery at the entrance of the subway station in the picture, with hundreds of tombstones. I didn't find it until the third day, I was shocked, passing by every day. The only consolation is that the hotel's breakfast is good. The air conditioner blows in my face, and the 24-hour exhaust can't be turned off and is very noisy. My mouth is peeling. The same money is enough to stay in Kitahama and Namba. I really regret staying here.

Comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast, clean room, warm service, and great location. I got room upgraded from single room to standard room for 2 pax. 😊
In 2nd floor they have coffee machine by UCC, operate from 12pm to 12am.
