The Location is a little bit far but not so far to walk. And the room is small but very clean. And amenities are very good, especially the coffee pack is very good, tasty.

location is at Shin-Osaka which is good as it allows directly access for a train ride to and fro Kansai Airport. within walking distance to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line station which can allows a direct trip to Namba and Umeda and this line is a good connection line to other metro lines.

Hotel situated near to train station within 6 - 8 mins walking distance. Easily access to JR and Subway. The room is little bit small though, but still ok for me and my sister.

It's in a very convenient location near Shin-Osaka station.
The ceilings are a little low, but we were able to stay comfortably. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the hotel, so it's easy to buy drinks and bread for the next day.
Amenities are provided in the lobby, so you can take what you need into your room. There's no waste, and I think it's very eco-friendly.

The room is quite small, and the front desk didn't answer the phone. The room cleaning is really serious. I stayed for two days, and the staff asked me three times if I needed cleaning. It is difficult to find from the JR station. If you can't find the exit, you have to walk around for a long time. I walked a long way in such a hot sun on the first day. If you come out of Exit 4 of Shin-Osaka Subway Station, it will take less than five minutes to walk to the destination.
