It’s literally like living on the train station in terms of location convenience. Large room size especially for families or groups of 3. Welcome drink is nice lemon water and great lobby.

Location was fantastic but the room is quite outdated and wifi was weak. Nothing too fanciful but thank you for the stay

This is a SUPER SUPER bad location. Only good is beside us is a metro train station. Regret staying here because of their location.

Location is excellent being next to Shin Osaka station. All staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. We have no issues in communicating with the staff. Rooms are spacious & roomy enough for two pax. They are clean as well. Being next to the train station, there are plentiful eateries available in the station; in case one does not wish to take meals in the hotel.

Great location for Shin Osaka, 5 mins walk to Shinkansen ticket gates. Check in time 15:00 sometimes is challenging for some travelers.

Ideal location and comfortable room.

The breakfast there is excellent. And the room are tidy and big enough. The people there are very helpful, polite and professional.

Location is good. Room is average size. Overall a pleasant experience. Will recommend.

Near the shinkansen station

The hotel is located just right beside the Shin Osaka station. Walk towards the central exit and you will see the north exit which is where the McDonalds is. The hotel is right beside that particular exit. Room is pretty big with Marriott standard of housekeeping. However the staff at the reception aren’t too friendly especially when enquiries are made at night. No express train rides to Kansai airport unlike from Umeda/Namba, so we paid $30SGD per pax extra to head to the airport. Great stay nevertheless. Thanks!
