Friendly service with good English at reception. Location slightly far from metro station. Very near to zoo and Osaka tower. Free Japanese style public bath.

The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from Tennoji station but there's no shelter from the station. The stay includes a free buffet breakfast, welcome drinks (evening) and hot spring bath. You also get to choose your own pillow and some additional amenities. Overall it's good value for money.

It was nice and clean hotel but a bit far from the train station. Good food and with onsen.

Staycation worthy! The room is cozy, food is good and the onsen is a plus points. It is also very accessible to the train station tennoji and other parks and tour destinations.

Facilities: Although the majong is small, it has all the necessary facilities. There is a private bathroom and a small table, and the facilities are in place. Hygiene: Cleaning once every three days. You can also save. Environment: Very close to Tennoji Station (can be reached within ten minutes on foot), and only 20-25 minutes away from Kitsu Market. It will be my first choice next time.

The front desk staff were very polite and nice. The only problem is that the bathtub in the room is small. The large public bath can't be used by women unless they return by 9pm, so they can't make it in time. I wish it would change every day instead of changing the time, or that men's time would be until a certain time today, and that the next day men and women would switch at the same time.

The hygiene is good, it's still quite clean. The service is also good, the attitude is very good. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite, I haven't eaten there, I tell you because it's convenient to find the store. I went to eat at the tempura ramen restaurant near the subway, it's very clean, a few old ladies are guarding the store, it's very unique, and not expensive, about 800 yen, but only cash is accepted.

The house is nice, and the blackout curtains are very useful! Pull them up and it's the same as at night, good news for those who need a good night's sleep. There is a Family Mart next door, and it's a bit far to the subway station, about ten minutes walk.

I had stayed at Smile in Okinawa before and it was very good, so I let my daughter stay there by herself. We prepared the consent form properly. The staff were very kind and handled the situation safely. It's a wonderful hotel that I would recommend to friends from overseas.

It was hard to find a reasonably priced triple room. Although small, it has everything. The service is very good and it is not far from Tennoji Station. It is clean and tidy, and the hot water is good. Satisfied.
