Reception staff are very rude , don't think they like non Asians! Also my room had bed bugs .

You get what you paid for! Plus: - The staff is friendly and helpful. - You have free shampoo and shower gel inside the shower (yeah it is a plus cuz you do not have anything else included if you do not buy it) - Free water near reception. - WiFi is decent. - You have a window in the room - You have a small TV. Cons: - Very small room with Tatami (you will get a blanket and a thin matress to put on top of the tatami) - You do not have anything included in the price (you have to rent if you want towels, soap, etc) - Area around looks quite shady, but do not worry it is safe, eventhou you might see homeless people around.

There are TVs, refrigerators, bookshelf, wardrobes and clothes racks in the room. When entering the hotel, you must take off your shoes and wear the slippers provided by the hotel. It is best to bring your own. The shower room is only available until 10pm which is a bit early. Overall quite satisfied.

The place is convenient, close to the train station, the staff are polite and sincere 😂, the price is reasonable, there are many different local restaurants nearby, and there are many supermarkets 😂

There are insects. I was bitten once in Osaka last year. Because of low immunity, the bites spread all over my limbs and neck and took two months to heal. Fortunately, there were no scars. This time, I found more than a dozen insects when I entered. I sat for a while, took a shower, and checked out without sleeping. Later, I found that there were still some on my schoolbag. I cleared away many of them, big and small. There are three bites on my feet. I don’t know if they will spread all over my body in the future😰

Checked in before 4pm, so the public bathroom was not crowded. The toilets on each floor and the two shower rooms on the first floor were clean and tidy. It was a good accommodation experience. I will choose this place next time I go to Osaka.

The hotel is located across the street from Shin-Imamiya station, the area around the station is very decent and there are good hotels, but after crossing the road you can find yourself in a dump. Mountains of garbage, old household appliances. Lots of homeless people and vagabonds. It is next to the overpass, across the road from the metro exit. If you cross the road and go to the hotel through a pedestrian crossing at a distance, you can bypass the dump. The room is about 1.5 / 1.5 meters. With tatami and futon. We went out for a walk, when we returned, a red cockroach 1.5 cm long was crawling on the suitcase. It was terribly hot in the room. We opened the window. The advantage is the presence of a window and a beautiful view. We decided to turn on the air conditioner, it did not work. The young man at the reception said that it would turn on itself in 10 minutes. The air conditioner and the remote control were very old. In the end, the air conditioner turned on, but we could not turn it off. We were very cold in the end. When asked about the cockroach, they remained silent. Then a bug bit. The toilet on the floor was shared. The women's toilet and shower were on another floor.

Although the location is remote, the supporting facilities are okay, but you need to inform before taking a shower.
