It's with out Aircon and without fan. Bath only from 5 to 9 pm on a shared bathroom (like with no curtains or anything). Night were too hot without even a fan, the walls were dirty and the window a bit broken. For the same money in the neighborhood you get better places. Is just acceptable and cheap. You get what you pay for. If I was to be back there, I would go with my own fan at least

- Service was good, Facility was ok, reasonable to the price, everything looked the same as advertised in the picture. - Toilet in each floor was a bit unclean during the late night, probably because of heavy used from everyone in the floor, but not horrible. - I specifically like this type of room, it’s giving a vibe of very local Japanese apartment, every bedroom amenities seem very hygienic and clean, including bedsheet, bathrobe, and blankets.

Rooms are ok for this price but man the toilets! On each level 3/4 where not working and looked like they haven't been cleaned for weeks.

Great location near Shin-Imamiya Station. I did not find the area as seedy as other reviews, but I didn't venture around too much. The check in was smooth. The room was very decent for the price. The A/C (as heater in November) worked well. You might feel your neighbour's smoking due to the aged structure and connected vent. The futon mattress was rather thin, but it was ok for a short stay. Wifi worked well in room. The wall was thin, so you might want to keep your sound low. The Japanese-style common bathroom was clean and functioning. Note that the check out time is 9:30 (not generous). Overall, I highly recommend Park Inn.

I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone now. Here are pictures of my room and bathroom. The cockroach was on the floor the whole two weeks I stayed there.

There is a huge department store hearby so it is quite good for shopping.

I loved the sauna. But why is it only open 2 hours a day? 😭

Old hotel room. But i like the privacy and location. Woman sharing shower hot spring only from 9-10pm!! Men from 5-9pm. Microwave and hot water available. Yukata too.

The service staff is nice, but the air conditioner in the room has a strong smell of smoke. Women can only take a bath between 9 and 10 o'clock in the evening, and many people go into the same large bathroom and bathtub together. You can drink the water from the tap directly, and there is also a pot of hot water on the first floor. There is a balcony to dry clothes and a large laundry chute for washing clothes. Although the room has a tatami mat as the bed base, there is still a soft mattress on the tatami mat. There is no small refrigerator. There is only a small TV and a socket. It needs to be porous. The socket is sufficient for charging. There is no sunlight outside the window and there are no curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shower gel and soap, but no towels, no washing machine, and no oven. There is a microwave and refrigerator on the first floor.

Check-in is always quick and easy, taking about 30 seconds. This time I stayed in a room with air conditioning. The cooler worked well, but there was a water leak from the machine, so I felt that maintenance was necessary. The building was quite quiet and I had a comfortable stay.

It's so cheap to find such a suitable single room, why do you need a bicycle? I recommend it. The environment and hygiene are very clean, the service grandfather has a very good attitude, especially the bathhouse for bathing, I really love it!

The location was great, less than a minute's walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station. There is a 24-hour Donki nearby, so you won't have any problems. Please note that the baths are only open until 10:00 p.m.

As for this hotel, I think it's best not to stay here if you're a normal person, but I like it because it has an Asian feel to it. First of all, I booked the cheapest non-air-conditioned room for about 1,300 yen because I was concerned about costs, but when I checked in, the staff offered me an air-conditioned room with a slightly dirty floor, and since it was a hot day, I gladly accepted. The floor was indeed dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off, one of the outlets had no electricity, both men's toilets in the shared bathroom were out of order, and one of the two private toilets was also out of order, so there was only one toilet that could actually be used. Even with these issues, I would recommend this hotel to people who are interested in the unexpected happenings of their trip and who are price-conscious, and since I am that type of person, I was able to stay in an air-conditioned room at a low price, so I had no complaints at all. In short, this hotel is suitable for people who are price-conscious and willing to accept a variety of things, but I would never recommend this hotel to people who are looking for even a little comfort and cleanliness.
