The location is in the middle of the subway station, so it's not great for walking around with kids. It was harder when it rained. Next time, I'll try a place a little closer. The staff is just average. Breakfast is really not recommended.

Since Dotonbori is right next door, you can avoid the crowds at late hours and enjoy Dotonbori.
It's a bit of a walk to Shinsaibashi Station, so you'll be tired when you go to Umeda.
It's okay until Nipponbashi Station.
If you take the Rapit, it takes about 15-20 minutes from Nankai Namba Station.
However, if you don't find Namba Walk, you might get lost a bit.
There are traffic lights, but it's easy to find if you go above ground.

Location is good and close to key tourist spots. But the room is a bit smelly and the WiFi is not working most of the time! WiFi password post everywhere in the hotel and maybe accessible by too many people at the same time! Hot-bath area is good as usual but again too many people…..
