Excellent stay here. All accommodations is excellent. Next time i visit Osaka i would stay here again

Location is actually pretty good, expect 10 mins walk for everywhere if you walk fast. But for the price and with a public bath, that's the one. Room is pretty dark and can feel stuffy as the ceiling is low. Staffs mostly very kind and helpful. Late Nighy ramen is very average haha but still very kind. Overall , might still stay again but like not for sure. It's not bad tho

Good. Nice ramen night snack and onsen. Room is nice and comfortable, feeling personal.

Overall, excellent hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the hotel was in an extremely convenient location not far from the main downtown area of Osaka. The ofuro (bath) located on the top floor of the hotel was great! They also had a small manga library and two massage chairs. The price overall was very good too. I’m excited to come back and stay at this hotel!

Breakfast is nice and rich , good service and nice staff . onsen is good and clean

My booking did not mention upfront that there was no cleaning so had to take some points off but i guess it is more of the presentation from trip.com because there are bookings that specifically said there is no cleaning and i picked the other assuming there is cleaning.

Good location

The facilities are clean and comfortable, you can soak in the hot springs, there are free ramen, ice cream, Yakult, and washing machines (an additional 100 yen/20mins for dry clothes) The room is separated from dry and wet areas, and is spacious enough for two large pieces of luggage to be opened side by side. The hotel is not far from Shinsaibashi Pedestrian Street. There are many restaurant options nearby, and there is also a 24-hour Aeon supermarket where you can buy fruits👍 The only flaw is that the pillow is too flat

It was a very bad stay. It was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night when I arrived at the hotel. The check-in was not done manually but on a machine. When I was about to finish, the person at the front desk came up to me and told me that I still needed to pay for the child. I said that I had already paid on Ctrip, and it was clearly stated that my child and I were staying. The person was relentless. He told me to contact Ctrip to confirm. I showed him my screenshot of the Ctrip order, but it was useless. I was very tired at midnight, and I gradually became very angry. I said I showed you the order, and I paid, why do I have to contact it myself. If you think I paid wrongly, you should contact and communicate. In the meantime, another older front desk staff came and began to accuse me of speaking loudly and having a bad attitude. He accused me in Japanese and then turned away (although I didn't understand what she said, she accused me in an accusatory tone and gestured). In the end, we talked for more than 10 minutes, and I said I was really tired and how to solve it now. The front desk said that he would contact it himself and hoped that I would contact Ctrip. Then let me go back to the room to rest. The whole process was very rude + unpleasant. Others: The entrance to the hotel is a pile of municipal garbage. The floor and carpet in the lobby are all dirty. The elevator is very old, and the carpet in the corridor is also dirty. There is soy sauce on the hair dryer in the room! ! I lay on the bed and heard motorcycles and police cars roaring outside the window. I couldn't sleep all night. The environment and details of the hot spring on the top floor are hard to describe. The carpet is full of marks. Plus the attitude of the front desk, it's really enough. Even though I had paid for 3 nights, I checked out early the next morning and left to find another hotel.
