One subway station away from Namba where there is airport transfer. Near to shopping streets which are very happening. A lot of eateries near hotel.

Walking distance to Dotonbori, if you don't mind walking instead taking trains (1 stop away!) Hotel very convenient with trains and near with 7eleven and Family Mart. Staffs super helpful when I'm need for my luggage matters even in language barrier. Definitely will come back to the same hotel, in future planning for Osaka Trip.

You can return to the hotel as soon as you get tired. Tourists are coming and going from the hotel with many souvenirs. The staff also thinks of the customers and acts in their own way. The hotel experience was fantastic, with exceptional service.
However, it's important to note that there are multiple Sotetsu Fresa hotels.
Initially, I booked the wrong one, but later discovered that it's in a prime location.
Absolutely no regrets!
They also provide to send your baggage to your next designated location.

THE HOTEL'S LOCATION IS BIT FAR FROM NANBA ST. BUT STAFF WAS VERY KINDLY MORE THAN EXPECTATION.
ROOM WAS CLEAN.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic location! So close to the main shopping area but still so quiet. So many izakaya nearby! 2 alley away from the vintage shops. Great location!

This js my second visit to this hotel. Its very convenient as it is near the metro station! even though the room is quite small but the it’s comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel room do not have safe to keep our passport
