The staff are friendly, check in and out is easy. The room is newly renovated, clean, pod size, not suitable if bringing a big lugguage. It is convenient to Metro stations and JR Namba, less than 15mins walk.

Location very convenient, hotel is new opening, anything new.Value of money not bad walk to shisabashi 15mins

From checking in to checking out everything was perfect; warm & friendly staff plus a chill cool vibe abt the hotel.

The place is very clean. Our room was very nice with 2 big beds. Bathroom excelent. Staff speak english and there is coffe machine in the lobby

In the room multiple places has multiple type of hair . Changed room and shower water didn’t go. Toilet smells toilet at all time . It good location and friendly staff. But the housekeeping are not japan standards.

Overall good and friendly staffs. Good location, convenient to take subway and train, easy to move around Osaka.

Relatively new hotel. Check in was smooth. Location fairly close to Family Mart, 7-10 mins walk to Namba JR station. If you’re not expecting to have fancy hotel amenities, you’re good. Room size is like a pod type double bed room. Generally, the hotel is clean and bed was comfy. Just a great place to sleep for the day. Second photo attached is the bathroom.

Decent hotel for its price.
Located near the subways.
Amenities were mediocre.
Rooms were okay.
