Very comfortable staying. I stayed with my mum for 2 nights with a 3 days journey this time. The location is very convenient to the Naikai train station, with only 8-10 minutes walking. I have tried different Japanese restaurants downstairs and nearby the hotel. The Japanese BBQ especially the beef is so yummy. Certainly will stay the hotel next time again.

I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend it. Check-in must be after 4pm and check-out must be before 10am. This policy is very annoying! There is only one elevator, and when checking out at 10am, you have to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator to go downstairs! Do not stay in this hotel!

A typical chain hotel with an excellent location, close to Tennoji Zoo and JR Tennoji Station. Breakfast is included in the hotel by default. The rooms are narrow and are cleaned every four days.

由新今宮鐵路站步行到酒店約15分鐘，可以接受。酒店近通天閣，附近好多食店，亦有 Tax Free shop, 激安殿堂，可以輕鬆購物。前台職員服務態度親切，可以用普通話，廣東話、英文溝通，酒店亦提供免費自助早餐，食物質素唔錯，性價比高，我會再次入住呢間酒店。

You can get water in paper cups to take home on the first floor, but I wish they had larger paper cups. The staff at the breakfast venue are very friendly. There were many non-Japanese people there, and I thought the manners of the breakfast eaters were poor because I think in the Japanese way.

Located near Tsutenkaku Tower, the location is very convenient, but the hotel size is smaller than other branches. The air conditioner in the room had a peculiar smell, but I didn't transfer the room because I only stayed for two days.
