grade food,area is enough, the spy is very good,big and comfortable

The hotel goes out of their way to make sure every guest is valued! The rooms are huge and the extra things they put in them are awesome. Housekeeping always greeted us with a smiles and the staff were always there to help. The only thing is that the laundry room was a mess and the lamp on the bed isn’t kid friendly because they could seriously get hurt. The only done side to my stay was this hotel isn’t KID FRIENDLY and had nothing for kids like other hotels in the area. Kinda ******! Other then that the spa was nice and everything was clean but the laundry room. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again because it isn’t KID FRIENDLY.

The room sizes were very big .Being next to the train station made a world of difference when we were trawling our luggage and a young child . We had a great view of USJ back lot from our room. Very good value for the price we paid

It was a good stay, the hotel has an onsen pool and you can just pay tax to go in daily. The hotel is one station away from universal studio. The only down side is if it rains, there is no shelter from the train station to hotel. Prepare your umbrella and check the weather. No other major complains except the staff will use Translate device to talk to you which was quite ineffective.

Love our experience there especially very close to USJ. Love their spacious cafe & Onsen places. Just the bed is a bit hard. Overall we enjoyed our stay there!

Breakfast has various options and the food were delicious, the riverside spa was so nice and relaxing. Highly recommended to stay there with family and friends.

It is very convenient to go to USJ. The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms are big.

Our family had a great experience at Liber Hotel Osaka. Although it's a 15-minute walk from the main entrance of USJ, farther than other official hotels, the excellent quality of the two restaurants - Cafe and Bar Liber, a steak restaurant, and Dining Brickside offering a buffet with a stunning view from a large terrace - more than make up for the slight distance. Additionally, the in-house spa is a popular spot, so planning visits wisely can help avoid crowds. The bedding, duvet, and pillows provided are very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel location is about 10mins walk from universal studios, pretty convenient, right opposite the hotel is the train station which makes it very convenient. The place has got nothing to eat except for the hotel restaurant or the city walk at universal studios. Overall the room size is bigger, and the stay was pleasant, I’ll stay there again if I ever visit universal studios again:

Place was superb, spacious room, conveniently located right in front of Sakurajima Station which is one stop to Universal City. Perfect for those who have a USJ trip. However all the great things here were dampened by the lack of iron provided by the hotel. Asked for iron from the time i checked in to the hours nearing check-out, and none available. When i requested to be notified whenever an iron became available, they simply said no. No further explanation was given to their refusal, and the staff seemed to struggle to communicate in English. I wouldn't have minded if this was a 2 or a 3-star hotel, but it was a 4-star hotel. The hospitality and communication were not up to par for a 4-star hotel, and the staff's limited English was not helpful to mend the situation. Walking around with wrinkled clothes was not really pleasing. Would choose a different 4-star hotel near to USJ in the future.

I was totally blown away by the hotel quality in cleanliness, quality and service standard. Staffs are friendly and professional. Breakfast is a must-have. Superb variety and worth the money. Onsen was very good, although it can get a little crowded. Next to Lawson, 7-11 and train station, very convenient. Great hotel for travellers going to USJ.
