Anyway, the floor of the unit bath in the room was dirty.
The front desk was very accommodating and showed us to another room, but the next room was also dirty... I took a photo and asked if this was normal, and they said it was due to aging. Eventually, the staff went around the other rooms and found a less dirty one and showed us to it.

This is a hotel I always stay at when I come to Osaka, and there's a hot spring so I have no complaints.
There's a shopping street nearby and if you keep going you'll reach Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street,
so it's a convenient place to eat and drink.

The service at this hotel is very good. There is a very handsome guy at the front desk. It is the only Japanese hotel that let me check in when I arrived early. The overall service industry in Osaka is better than other cities. I checked out and went to Shirahama for one day. They also let me store my luggage. The location is also good. All routes are within ten minutes. There is a famous bakery nearby and very cheap bento at night. It depends on whether you can find it.

Very good hotel. Very clean and well appointed room. Friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the baths on the top floor. I had a very good stay in Osaka.
